Have trouble with my cats using the bed and lounge as a scratching post - a bit of spray and voila - no more scratching!!
This repellant is good at what it is designed to do . It does have a fragrance which takes some getting used to , so initially it does act like a human repellant as well . Apart from that it works fine , it does tend to dissipate and need reapplication often over the week . It is rather pricey too for what it is . Supposedly natuaral so that's a bonus . Homemade mixtures may fair just as well and be far less expensive .
This product, without doubt, works. I spray it on floor boards, slate and linoleum tiles, furniture and bedding. The smell lasts for around five days then I have to spray again. My house is now urine free. A great training aid for pets to learn to go outside for toiletting.
I found this product worked very well in stopping my dogs from urinating every where even though it has an odour that is not pleasant but after awhile it goes away.
I've tried this a number of times, increasing the quantity and even spraying it more often. It doesn't work. I don't mean it's not very effective, I mean it has no effect at all.
Spraying this inside does deter cats urinating outside the litter tray. I found that I did need to spray the areas every 2 days to work effectively. The odour of the spray wasn't offensive to me or my family.
Bought a bottle for use around the house with the puppy and I am very happy with how it works. Yes it is a bit of a human deterent as well! but it keeps him off and stops him chewing things.
