This just works, with multiple chimes and multiple volume levels. The benefit for me is not needing a power outlet for the chimer. This means I can move it around easily.

We must have a two-chime setup because of the layout of our house, so it is perfect. I cannot yet rate it for battery life, as it is new, but the quality is very good.

We broke our door chime and needed a door bell that would be easy to fit, this was it. Fitted it to the screen door at head height so it was easy to see. The wide range of chimes are just fun. We change the chime every couple of days, It's nice and loud so we can hear it at the back of the house.
Crap brand, works one day and following day bell doesn't work so brought back for exchange than same senario ?Got refund and never purchase this brand ever again !
Purchased this today, as long as you don’t have a metal door frame then it works fine.As soon as you read the instructions which are inside the box it says Do not mount on metal or near metal door frame or in close proximity.You can’t fix it to the wall as there is no facility on the push button
Great value and works very well. 3 volume levels from loud to very loud. Unfortuntely no soft. Simple install, Door button has blue LED that lights ONLY when you push button so that person knows they pushed it. Although budget priced it looks like you paid twice as much for it and it has the good old common proper "ding-dong" sound without some weired "tingle melody".
Looked at similar units in discount variety stores, more expensive and not as stylish.Arlec brand is reputable, instructions were clear and easy to follow.Installation was so simple.Will buy this unit again.
If says doorbell why not door bell? The one time I don’t get a receipt ://// Guess smashing it on the road will be good enough. This product had ONE JOB, literally it’s only function is to chime but after COUNTLESS attempts and getting this price of plastic to work and it won’t. Don’t even waste your time or money on this product.
the tx/rx units needed new batteries then no wireless by then it was only 14 months old !I do believe I did not get the value I might have expected at the purchase price. Arlec were good enough to tell me, very nicely, the push button transmitter was the problem!
