ARMAF Craze has great performance! It lasts a long time, and projects well for hours. 24 hours later, you can still smell this on your skin or clothes. The smell is a sweet blend of almond and vanilla, but this fragrance isn't mass appealing. Some will not like the (somewhat synthetic) opening, middle and dry down scent. It is a linear fragrance, meaning it pretty much smells the same from start to finish. It's a (95% or so) clone of Pegasus by Parfums De Marly, at a fraction of the cost. This has been re-released by Sterling Parfums, so it should be readily available in the $25-30 range, or cheaper. It's one of ARMAF's best colognes and highly recommended for the colder seasons. Recommended for those that want something different than the fresh citrus summer scents.

I have no idea if it smells like Pegasus or not - haven't tried the real deal. But here's my review of Craze.Opens up with a bit of 'fizz' reminiscent of root beer or cream soda (this is delightful, btw). Dries down into a powdery vanilla that lasts for the whole day. I put it on at 6 am yesterday and with 4 sprays total it was still projecting slightly at 7 pm, and could still smell it on my shirt this morning.If you had asked me 6 month ago what my favorite scent profile was, citrus/fresh/aquatic was my thing. But the more I'm exposed to sweet and vanilla bases, the more I like them. My wife loves them too, so that's helpful.
As you all know this is an exact clone of PDM Pegasus without that metallic vibe and you can get it dirt cheap! I do get compliments when I wear it. The performance is decent as I get 8 hours + on my skin with a couple of hours of projection. 👌🏼𝗖𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗲 by 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗳 is a Amber Fougere fragrance and was launched in 2019.Top notes are Heliotrope, Cumin and Bergamot. Middle notes are Bitter Almond, Lavender, Jasmine and Sage. Base notes are Vanilla, Amber and Sandalwood.
First off, this is a 99.9% clone of Parfums de Marly Pegasus. Pegasus is a niche fragrance that has a very strong burnt almond note and with heavy chord of tonka beans. It's a very heavy, thick scent (IMO) that can be cloying--particularly during the opening. I actually don't care for the opening of Pegasus, which can be overwhelming if you're too heavy on the trigger. The dry down, however, is lovely. Pegasus is a linear fragrance, so it doesn't change or evolve much during the dry down. You still get those almond and tonka bean notes in spades, but they calm down to manageable levels that I enjoy very much. Pegasus is an excellent performer for me. Well, Armaf's Craze is, IMO, a near perfect (99%) copy of Pegasus. I own both and if spray Pegasus on my right hand and Craze on my left, I can't tell them apart. Not only do they smell the same to me, they have the same performance. If you love Pegasus, you can buy Craze and probably never need to buy another bottle of Pegasus again--it's that good of a copy IMO.My review of Pegasus applies to Craze--at least for the juice. The bottle is another story. Armaf went really cheap on this bottle--you're giving up something when you pay $25 for juice that PDM sells for $300 retail. Craze's bottle has a cheap plastic silver cap that attaches magnetically to a plastic cover to the top of the bottle. On my bottle (and those of others that I have seen), the plastic has a tendency to disconnect from the bottle because the magnets are stronger than the adhesive Armaf uses to attach the bottle cover to the glass. The bottle also has a tacky leatherette decoration to announce that it is "CRAZE". It's pretty awful looking if you ask me. I might just have to decant my juice from the Craze bottle into something more worthy of this juice. On the positive side though, the atomizer on my bottle of Craze works pretty well. No real complaints on that front.In short, if you love Pegasus, this is a safe blind buy. If you haven't tried Pegasus and you are nervous about blind buying this juice, I suggest you go to a nice department store (Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom etc.) and give Pegasus a try. Pegasus isn't for everyone and neither is Craze.
It opens up nice and fresh with a fizzy soda pop sweetness to it that reminds me of a nice root beer. I love wearing it straight out of the shower. Lasts all day too. My only complaint is that I wish it had more wood or animalics or something in the smell to make it more masculine. I suppose a girl could wear this if she was kind of tomboyish. Not for your real froo-froo types though that like florals.

The shape and style of the bottle is curious and wonky IMO but the juice is the truth. It is said to be a clone of Pegasus by Parfums de Marley which I have not put my nose on yet but Craze is a delicious smelling banger that I will definitely be sporting this fall and winter. It is a unique scent that is strangely both bright in a way and warmly smoothed out. The almond note is really nice and makes this fragrance stand out. You're getting a lot of bang for your buck with this one.
