This tap is very solid, the spout moves with ease as does the pull-down sprayer. I am very happy with my new kitchen tap.

The tap is lovely. Very solid and easy to use. The only down side was the plumber had said it was difficult to install as we has two washers missing from our box, so he had to buy two others. That was a nuisance.

Absolutely love our new tap! The only negative that we have experienced is that the pull out tap is not as functional as we would like. After using the pull out function, the weight does not seem to be heavy enough to pull the tap back in and hold it as securely as we would like.

Bought this tap in Brass Nickel to fit in with our new kitchen renovation. Unfortunately you have to manually put the pull out nozzle back into place every single time you use the tap or the pull out nozzle. Otherwise it just hangs/drops down slightly. It appears to be good quality apart from this issue
The goose neck design with pull out spray combines perfectly with my Abey sink.
I love this tap. It has a beautiful French Provincial feel without being too ornate. I love the pull out feature for cleaning the sink, but wish it had the spray option. I didn't realise it didn't, I thought all of the pull out taps had a spray option. It doesn't always snap back into position by itself after using the pull out feature, but once clicked back into place it stays put. I am certainly glad I purchased it. It suits my white French inspired kitchen perfectly.
