I use a cheap "H Freight" air brush setup with these paints. The primer goes on way smoother then any rattle can. Color selection with this set is good. I'd say they feel comparable to the Badger paints I have used in the past.

I love these sets. Even for someone that's been painting for some time, I still gravitate to buying these when it comes time to replenish paints. You just can't beat the value for the amount and paints you get, plus the Army Painter paint quality is second to none. And yes, I'm including those "other guys" in my comparison.

I bought a air brush kit and of course needed paints. This is a good starter set. I prefer black primer so I bought that separate. However, grey is just fine. So far I have used mostly steel to paint some metal parts. I'm still working on my aim so I haven't had much chance to try the rest.
Great air paint product, if you have an airbrush this is definitely the set to go with! The paints are already thinned down very well compared to the Warpaints as needed!
I use to try watering down paint to use in my airbrush. I never could get the right consistency. It was a great investment to get paint that was meant to be used with an air brush.
Excellent paint selection. The paint mixes really well and applies very nicely. Flows through the airbrush for a nice precision painting but also can be easily thinned for greater flow and spread
These paints comes with mixing balls already added to the bottles which is a nice touch! I personally add these to paints I buy as it helps mix, especially over time. Air brushing is a nice next step in the hobby and this set is a good entry point.
Super good consistency paint for an airbrush. Almost right out of the bottle, only a little thinning is needed. Primer is kind of hard to get through my airbrush but it still works.
absolutely the best paint for all hobbyist. the colors are rich and saturated. the constancy of the paint is perfect for everything from base coats to fine details. the dropper top makes controlling how much you dispense very easy. i have used these for a while now and will never buy another brand again. there's no need to because they hit every mark I'm looking for.
