Too heavy on the Chamomile flavour for me. Think I need something stronger calming wise. Bit on the pricey side IMO.
My Kiwi friend gave me some of this tea, on a visit to Aus. I was bit skeptical as ingredients included Chamomile which I've never been too fused on but really enjoyed it and truly believe it helps with sleep. In error I ordered Deep Sleep when I thought I was buying this - that too is excellent. Both products taste good, and in my opinion do help with sleep. No hesitation in recommending Artemis as quality Kiwi product.I purchase this from Healthpost as I've not been able to locate Artemis products in Brisbane and Healthpost offer a great range of products and good service getting products to me.
Not usually a fan of the herb Chamomile was thrilled to find this is a delicious, great taste and calming tea. So easy to make a cup in my diffuser. The Chamomile is not dominant at all and the combination suits my palate.
I have it every other night as my after dinner drink adding any that has gone cold to my drink bottle. I even bought a special infuser tea pot to brew with :))
This is my absolute favorite Herbal Tea! I was recommended through a time I had been dealing with some anxiety & it certainly did the trick!I drink this time at all times of the day, love the light taste & would recommend to all. This is what I pour my guests.

Wow, I had no idea tea could be so powerful! I could feel it working before I finished the cup! Lovely to have before bed when my mind normally goes into overdrive, sent me off into a blissful sleep. Have also been giving my daughter (who suffers from anxiety) a cup before bed and it really does relax the mind and body. Highly recommend.
I bought this for my husband who has a stressfull job and finds it hard to unwind at night, a cup of this after dinner and I reallynotice the difference in his mood. I will buy this again, definitely.
