Artiss 36 Pairs Shoe Storage Rack / Cabinet - White

This unit is very difficult to put together using the instructions. There were not enough of one type of screw, one of the plastic hardware pieces broke, one of the holes on the drawers didn't line up, and it was very difficult to separate the runners. The company that supplied this unit is amazing - and were so responsive to all of my messages and troubles - and went above and beyond to assist me. It looks really good completed, is super sturdy, and I am just waiting for my last piece to be delivered so that I can insert the last drawer.

Artiss shoe cabinet

It’s a very sleek looking product and was relatively easy to put together, however it’s really only designed for kids shoes. We are only able to get 3 pairs of mens size 12 sneakers in per compartment

The instructions are a bit hard to understand, so I thought I will do some easy bits first. I did the drawers first, this got rid of some of the parts and made life a bit easier. It was not till I finished that I worked out were the dowels went as I could not find them in the instructions.

Great design, disappointing quality

Cabinet is a great design but the quality is not as good as expected, coating is very thin. Recommendation as good value is based soley on the design and that it is less expensive than other sites.

Great storage

Overall great product and holds more shoes than any other shoe rack I’ve seen. The shelves are easily adjustable for different size shoes, but if you have chunky sneakers or high heels it’s not going to fit the full 36 pairs. I had to remove the the middle shelf in a couple of compartments to fit bigger shoes.Handles are plastic and one of mine wouldn’t screw on - the screws are very short and don’t have enough thread to grab the handle, but that was easily fixed with different screws

Great value, great design.

The product is very good quality for its price, and is superbly packaged so that it arrives in A1 condition. It takes a decent amount of effort to get it all made up, but we enjoyed doing it. The make-up description page is a little simplified, primarily with diagrams, so you have to be careful to do it correctly. Most of the holes are pre-set which does help. In the end we found that one drawer's holder area was a couple of millimetres out, so that a little bit of handyman work was required to ensure the runners did actually slide properly. But we are very happy with the final product, and pleased with how good it looks and how many pairs of shoes it can hold!

Parts missing

16 screws missing in packet I. Plastic stop bracket broke whilst tapping into place. Very brittle plastic used on this shoe rack stopper part. Soft rubber mallet used.Frustrating when parts are missing. I counted every packet prior to starting except the large amount of screws in packet I.Lucky I had screws and dowel available to fix.

Poor quality materials

Very poor quality. Handles for top drawers don’t screw on properly. Can only fit smaller sized shoes (but not too small or they fall to the back)

This was a wrong buy!

The cabinet is a nightmare to put together. Instructions provided are useless. There are three shoe dividers per each drawer and you can move them up a and down to create more space for shoes. But shoes tend to fall out when closing and opening the cabinet as the dividers are essentially too short. The paint job is amateurish with visible differences in paint quality. The cabinet does not have a back—you are supposed to mount it onto the wall. Should halve been advertised as a “wall shoe cabinet”. This is a disappointing product.

Worst quality and terrible customer service

Do not buy as it is rubbish. I now have a refund and it is on the rubbish tip. Stain on it, none of the screws lined up and the screws supplied stripped out. Plastic hinges split.The handles and are useless. Flat shoes fall out of the back of the cabinet and get stuck and high heels don’t fit. I requested a refund and had to call several times before receiving a refund. I was told that the cabinets was from a third party supplier and the refund was up to them and I needed to wait.
