Artiss Foldable Desk with Bookshelf - White

Its ok, not excellent quality. The side base board is flimsy. It does the job for a kids craft space in a small room. Its compact and folds up fine.

My daughter loves this! Great space saver and it allows her peace and privacy when doing her homework

Compact and neat.

Excellent, compact and very suitable for my small space. It was fairly easy to assemble but needed two people to attach it to the wall. It also needed an extra screw at the bottom for stability which was not provided.

Do not buy this item.

The product we received was not cheap, however, was very cheap once put together. Once assembled the fold desk was used and broke immediately. The continued use of the desk has made the damage much worse. We are unsure how we are going to fix the issues as material is cheap and hard to work with.

Fabulous but don’t rely on dodgy dimensions on Bunnings website

The desk is fabulous and works perfectly. The problem is that the dimensions on the website are wrong and we mounted it too high and therefore it didn’t work! That means holes in the wall we didn’t need….not happy considering we just painted the wall! Bunnings, perhaps you should quality control this?

Great Design, poor quality

The design is great but the quality is not. I needed to use much bigger wall mates…the strongest available as the desk weighs 20kgs. The ones supplied are not sufficient. Same with the hinges, and I also needed to pre-drill pilot holes as they weren’t deep enough.

Not bad but not great either!

Measurements are wrong so make sure you check before mounting it to the wall… hinges also tiny and in an odd spot… when closed the bottom sticks out and doesn’t sit flush in the frame, when out the tabletop crushes the hinges so there are now dents. Good space saving desk but not sure how long it’ll last.

Recommend

Overall, happy with them. There are inconsistencies with each table, i bought 5, all vary how they fold, sit while folded etc.If you read the reviews first, before purchasing, you know exactly what you are getting and prepared, thus avoids disappointment. The latch definetly needs to be a better quality as it is very thin and bends almost like a foil. Screws going into the wall need to be thicker to withhold the weight and avoid the table moving whilst on the wall.

Substandard for Myer

This desk is a great concept but I'm very disappointed with this purchase. The quality is substandard to what I've come to appreciate from Myer. The instructions made no sense and the fixings provided totally inadequate.

Very handy

Definitely a winner for kids room. Love the little storage dividers inside. Just need to be very careful when opening and closing since fingers tend to get stuck in between.
