Earlier I had been on line at Artusi trying to register the extended warranty, as required. Their system was not accepting the registration so when the machine failed I called Artusi direct. They were completely rude and unhelpful and in fact would not assist me because the warranty was not registered. This was the day before Good Friday. This meant that they would not assist me before the following Tuesday at a minimum as their ‘registrations’ only processed overnight. Having never had a heat pump dryer I have found this on to be far better than conventional dryers that blow out allot of hot moist air. We did have to return the original one we received as it had malfunctioned but I was able to call Appliances online that night and recieve a replacement the next day. Over all happy with the purchase.

I bought this dryer as it was a great price and mid range. I was replacing a condenser dryer. This heat pump dryer is fantastic i never used to dry clothes in my dryer only sheets and sometimes towels but now i put everything in. They don’t shrink and come out nice and soft and completely dry from one cycle. It doesn’t take as long as everyone says heat pump dryers do to dry a full load. It’s quiet has easy to use settings and a double lint filter which is easy to clean. It’s been a huge time saver for a household with a toddler and a baby. Only down side is the touch screen to start is hit and miss you have to get the right spot. Highly recommend!

We were a little bit hesitant to get these due to a lack of reviews and not knowing the brand but it was a good buy so we gave it a shot. We have no regrets, it's excellent. Does exactly what it should. Drys well, is quiet, has plenty of settings, and looks pretty good too. The display is very clear and is good at providing reminders and prompts to empty the water tank or clean the lint filter.
My first heat pump after years of using a vent pump. First thoughts are, I don't need to rush to get the clothes out while there finished to stop the crinkling once they cool down in the dryer. Only down side is their is a humidity level you can change the settings from 0, 1,2 and 3 yet I can't find anywhere what these actually do.
Awesome Heatpump dryer, no longer have to worry about clothes not being dry for the next day, would recommend to everyone
I have been looking for a dryer for a while and Iam so glad I purchased this one! It works so well,I got it for a great price and it is also very energyefficient! I definitely recommend it to anybodylooking for a good dryer.
I recently upgraded from a 2 year old, well known brand vented dryer to this artusi heat pump dryer and I’m so glad I did! I’d use the vented sparingly because even though it was one of the dearest vented sensor dryers it still shrunk all of our clothes and we never used the high heat settings. With all the rain and having a large family we had to use it regularly which wasn’t good for our clothes as they shrunk or our power bill. We took a risk and ordered this one without being able to find any reviews as it seems to be a new product and I’m so glad we did! It dries well (although as with all heat pumps, you cannot expect the clothes to come out hot and crispy because that’s where the shrinkage happens and it’s a totally different style of drying, the clothes seem ... Remember as with all heat pumps, do not compare the “dry” feeling to that of a vented dryer as the technology used to dry is completely different and you won’t be disappointed!
Picked up the dryer on a sale deal with an extra $150 off. Really impressed with the performance of the dryer, energy efficient using much less then a convention dryer but still has great performance leaving clothes dry at the end of a cycle. The sensor function is great as it automatically turns off when it detects your clothes are dry. Also can’t fault appliances online, living in a regional area of NSW was surprised when it arrived the next day after purchase.
I bought this heat pump dry to replace our old vented dryer, mainly for the lack of moisture in the laundry and also the energy efficiency. I have been really happy with it. Clothes sometimes feel a bit damp when finished, this often goes away when the clothes cool down. I find that an extra 20 minute dry at the end works very well to get rid of any remaining moisture.
