Run small …size chart not accurate ordered size 9 per size chart that showed an inner sole of 27.5 cm shoes were too small when inner sole measured was only 25 cm Returned to Ugg had to pay postage even though their size chart was at fault

Sizing seems to be a bit adrift, size ordered was next size up from my normal size but they are a little tight, hoping they will stretch, returning is a pain in the butt excersize, apart from that they ok. Seems like tis sizing thing is a common complaint. Maybe a comment from Ugg would be appropriate

These Ugg slippers are comfy, keep your feet nice and warm and have great grip-perfect for in and around the house - the only problem is I wish I'd bought them at the beginning of winter!!

Sizes are not same.

First we love your product and have been a long time customer,I purchased a set off slippers size 10 Australian, but unlike the shoes I have purchased over the years in the same size , I found the size 10 Australian I received in slippers did not come close to fitting my footApart from that we still will buy your products.This must be a product labeling mistake

Sizing a concern

The uggs I received, were labeled as a size 11 (uk), I normally wear a size 10. My foot just squeezed in, however instead of paying the cost and going through the rigmarole of exchanging, I decided to keep. They have stretched a little but are certainly not true to size. Apart from the sizing the feel and quality of the slipper is very good.

I have two pairs of the ladies moccasins and just love them, can’t wait to come home and out them on. Stylish moccasin

My husband was hesitant about moccasins Because of the bow that’s generally on the front. When I found these he thought they were ok but wasn’t loving them... until they got delivered. He got black ones and they look great! He loves them now and is so happy that his again listened to his wife.
