As UGG Women Fashion Chunky Boots Mina Chestnut / 36

I am not able to wear them as despite me ordering a larger pair than I usually wear, they are too small for me. Also, the laces are way too short. They are not wearable. I gave them to my mother-in-law whose feet are quite considerably smaller than mine. She can get her feet into the shoe but not able to lace up properly as the laces are far too short, so, still not usable.

I love these caramel delights. They have a Timberland vibe with fur inside. Reading other reviews I was worried with my hobbit feet I might have to upsize (but as a size ten that wasn't an option so I took a gamble) but they fit perfectly! I have narrow long feet. Think human kangaroo. Oh so comfortable. They feel divine like fluffy slippers but ones you can wear outside without feeling like you're about to get arrested by the fashion police. Perfect for that fireside winter get away in the mountains with that cute chic hiker/mountain/snow girl outfit. Love them! Buy them! Do it.

Comfy warm boots

For me, true to size. I did upsize as suggested but they were too big. Luckily my first pair did fit my sister & they were eagerly purchased from me, so I could buy my size. The customer service was great before my solution arrived. My only regret is that it is nearly spring & I want to wear them all the time! My work colleagues loved them. Thank goodness for casual Friday’s! Thank you Ever UGG Outlet!

Excellent service

I bought these as present but they don't like them. I think they are great but I already have some similar so having to send them back. Ever UGG Outlet are an amazing company to deal with I explained the situation and they offered me a refund straight away or if I thought they might like something else I could swap them as well. Good quality

A quality pair of boots that I purchased for overseas travel. Slightly different colour (darker) than expected however they are comfortable and fit well. I'm a size 8.5 normally and the EU 40 are perfect.

Great Customer Service

I purchased these in a size 9 as when I had ordered from them in the past this size had always fit, however this time they were too small, customer service were able to help me organise an Exchange or refund. The next size up was not available in the colour I originally ordered so have had to choose another colour. Only down side was the cost to return to the warehouse in NSW was $30 which now makes the boots even more expensive!!The boots them selves are very comfortable and are great quality. I’m looking forward to receiving my replacements. My only suggestion would be to order a size up to avoid disappointment and the extra costs associated with exchanging.

Love my new boots

These are excellent quality especially for the price! Great support, lovely and warm through the winter months. Bought the pink and was worried about marks etc but the Clean and Care Kit (also on this site) is terrific. Had compliments on wearing, cosy and stylish - perfect. Nice boots. But smaller than expected

Bought the pink pair one size up as usual. But these are quite tight, compared to other orders iv had no problem with. Maybe get 2 sizes up if you want to order?I'm hoping these will gradually fit better with more wear.Lovely boot otherwise. Great quality. Love that I can strap them up extra tight with the metal hook n loop area above my ankle.

Returned Item Due to Width too Wide

I chose the grey size 7.I am normally a size 7, it is true these are definitely on the small size in regards to length. I have a narrow foot and the boots were already too wide and if I returned them for a size 8 they still will not fit.Maybe in the future there is a possibility to create different width's to enable those of us who have a more slimmer foot.

Second Pair

Love these boots! The sizing is tight, I went up a size with my first pair (Got a 9, I am normally an 8) and although I love them and wear them a lot, they do hurt my feet after a while if I do a lot of walking. I went up another size with this pair and got a different colour, these ones seem seem to fit perfectly, though an extra half size would probably have done it! Very Happy.
