We have come back to contend 7's after a pair of gt-1000 for a small primary school aged kid. Best shoes very comfortable I believe also can suit anything they wear with. Only ever need to buy a new pair when outgrown and can happily pass old ones onto someone smaller.

ASICS are always my go to for great kids shoes that are supportive for my daughters feet and that she can wear all day straight away no wearing in! These shoes actually helped correct my daughters feet from rolling in. Package came from myer packaged well and appropriately and quickly.
High quality toddler shoe! These are very well made and look stylish. Size 6 fit my average size 1.5 yo and would likely work well for kids with a little wider foot. Great for a toddler who loves to run. A steal for the sale price. Buying next size up too.

I only buy ASICS for my boys now, they are tough, have a durable sole, easy/quick to get on with Velcro straps, easy to clean in the washing machine, last the distance with hard play and sport, great quality and always a great fit that won’t fall off their foot when climbing. All round reliable shoe. I’ve tried many brands and these are the best!! I always buy from Myer for the best price and the Myer One points.
The Contend 7s are doing a good job for my 6yo son. Plenty of cushion and stability, good action off the toe, light and durable. This was an upgrade from the Patriot 12s which also did well before the upper started to show some wear. I expect these will hold up well until he needs to size up.
Really cute, lovely colours. Sturdy trainer, good support, great grip. Child's feet do seem tog et quite sweaty in them on a hot day (hotter than I would usually find her in other shoes) but, apart from that, great shoes.
