The GEL-Nimbus has always worked for my foot, not against it - like other brands I've tried. I like that this neutral sho works with my wider toebox. That's why I stick with it - even through the design iterations I don't always like. This latest model is ok. I was worried the cushioning would be too much. It took some getting used to but isn't a detriment. The woven upper is too stretchy; my toes will break through much faster on this model than the older ones. The shoe looks good. I like the monotone color which is a neutral gray and goes with everything. And FINALLY - the shoelace length is appropriate to this shoe. I vowed to never by another ASICS shoe if they once again gave me an one-size-fits-all lace that is feet too long. Overall - not perfect, but my feet ... MoreThe GEL-Nimbus has always worked for my foot, not against it - like other brands I've tried. I like that this neutral sho works with my wider toebox. I really like the ASICS Nimbus 26 Celebration of Sport. They are very comfortable, with soft cushioning that makes long-distance running more manageable. The design is attractive, and the bold colors give them a special touch that stands out. I love how they combine support, style, and those vibrant colors. I would recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable shoes with a distinctive design.

I had a great experience with Brooks running shoes but wanted to try something new. I got measured in the store and after buying the shoe, upon my first run (only made a half mile and then unable to proceed) I experienced a good amount of foot pain in my fore foot, on top of that the pull tab/loop on the back heel rubs against your back heel so you get a good amount of abrasion - this results in bloody heels if you wear no-show level socks. This was basically a nightmare on the feet, on top of that I learned ASICS does not back up their products - unlike Brooks which they give you 90 days to try their shoes and you can return them for any reason. This was my first and last experience with ASICS.

I can't get enough of this shoe!
4 August 2024

Really. The GEL-Nimbus is the best overall running shoe I have ever found. As a long-distance runner, it is an essential part of my collection for my long road runs, but I also love to use it on non-technical trails just because it is so dependable. It has great cushioning, doesn't give me blisters, fits just right, the lacing stays closed, and the mesh fabric dries quickly after running through wet grass. Nothing better!

Most comfortable and supportive shoes I've owned!
13 May 2024

I don't believe I have worn more comfortable running shoes! I'm surprised by some of the low reviews on here. I have bHigh arches and narrow feet and they fit perfectly. Size 8 is true to my regular size for running shoes. They are very supportive and the stiffness is actually a good thing. I know everyone doesn't like that, but it helps to provide more support.

My feet have never felt better.
23 April 2024

My sister recommended these shoes to me after seeing a TikTok review about them and after finding out I have plantar fasciitis. I have been a long distance runner for over two decades and this has started causing pain when I run because I've been overusing my feet. All the shoe brands I have tried seemed to work at first but then end up causing foot pain after a while. These shoes have absolutely been a savior. I started running again because my feet no longer hurt. I am also a nurse so I have to be on my feet for long periods at a time so now I am able to do it comfortably.

My only shoe for running is ASIC Nimbus
6 July 2024

I have run in ASIC Nimbus for over 20 years! There were times when I tried other shoes but always went back to ASIC. My job was coaching marathon runners for at least 10 years and have run 25 marathons .This newest pair I bought has so much awesome cushioning and more toe room for my wide feet. My feet have spread over the years! The new colors are amazing and matches a lot of different running clothes. I cannot say anything negative about this shoe!!!

Nicely made shoe, but doesn't work for me
2 October 2024

The shoe is great quality and I love the Paris color combo too. These shoes don't work for me. I ran in them once and my foot slid forward constantly so my toes were jammed in the end. I bought a couple sizes bigger like I always do and even did the runners heel lock lacing trick, but non of that makes a difference. Wish I could return them, but can't since they were worn once. My foot also slides forward when I walk, so I wouldn't buy these for walking either.

Quality shoe, comfortable & cushioned
20 July 2024

I first started wearing Nimbus in 2005, right up until 2018 it was my everyday running shoe but some of the technical changes didn’t suit my feet anymore. It has become a very different shoe to the nimbus of the past and a few previous models just weren’t for me. Fast forward to the Nimbus 26 Paris and this model fits like a glove, the inner sock is a great addition and the cushioning is fab. I’m yet to up my mileage at present but I’ve been enjoying 5-6mile runs in these shoes with my legs feeling fresh after and ready for the next run.

Very comfortable
21 August 2024

I love the sneakers but I will never buy two light colored sneakers again. They are dirty after wearing them two times and worse by the fourth wearing. Very, very comfortable. I will buy black next time or dark navy if available. They are pretty wide and accept orthotic inserts easily. I wear a 7.5 with inserts. I normally buy wide. These wear instantly comfortable. No pain in my feet after walking all day. Expensive sneakers to be dirty so easily.
