Excellent high quality shoe. Two of my girls have these exact pair. They love the colour and sparkles in the gel heel. The darker colour is great for muddy winter days as they don’t show the dirt as much. Highly recommend these shoes.

Purchased the GT-1000 for my 4 year old grandson. He absolutley loves the colour and comfort but especially how he could put them on and take off all by himself. The velcro strap works a treat. He wears them everyday to kindy and has even given them a name..."speedy".
My son particularity likes how the velcro strap loops through a hoop on this style so he can pull it nice and tight across his foot. My boys live in Asics summer and winter. Clearly very comfy to wear and easy to get on and off. I do find the delivery a bit too slow is all.
Wow ! My son is joining the Navy and had to embrace running much to his horror . These trainers were a game changer .A flat footed shuffler was replaced by a springy, graceful gazelle !! The distances he covers no longer result in sore knees, heals and shins. It is incredible the difference a pair of trainers can make and has only improved his resilience and speed . They lack the power to transform into the next Mo or Usain Bolt but unravel the transformative and wonder of running .
Initially my baby didn't want to wear them. I bought them for his athletics he joined 2 weeks before. I forced him to put them on midweek to try and wear them in before Sat athletics. Now I need to buy a second pair as he (just turned 5) loves his comfy (his words) shoes and have to now force him to wear his other shoes and save his asics for his athletics. Because he can also put these ones on himself, he still wins with wearing them if we are slow in putting different shoes on. That should tell you the quality and comfort of the shoes. My only regret is now needing to spend another $100 to buy him another pair.
These shoes are incredibly long lasting and very supportive for young feet. My kids will outgrow Asics before they wear out compared to some other well known brands. Highly recommend
Great for running and very comfortable. My son doesn’t want to wear any other shoes now, as he said these shoes make him very fast in running. His feet look more stable when he walks and run. The shoes look pretty too. I wouldn’t let him wear in rain, but other than that the shoes are perfect .
Great trainers, these have superb support, my son loves them and after trying on several brands said they are the most comfortable. He loved the colors available presently. As he still cannot tie his laces, these are ideal. It would be great if this option (No laces) extended into larger sizes. They are a little expensive but are worth it due to the quality. Would recommend!
