I like the shoe, however, I was very disappointed that I could not remove your secured footbed insert as I always use superfeet inserts in all my running and tennis shoes for best stability and support. Also, not please with so little tred on the bottoms or soles of the shoe. I have always been a big fan of your shoes, however, I would not order this shoe again for those very reasons. Marc

I usually run in the Nimbus range and these were my first carbon-plated shoes. I took them out for my interval run and felt it's power.It's a slightly tighter fit on the feet and is very light in feel and weight, the material used on the top is lightweight and you can feel this when you touch it.I felt its springy performance during my intervals, especially noticeable when you hit the speed.

Turns out they are great shoes.Very light. The toe box is see through so pick your socks wisely.At first i wasnt sure about them having used both hoka and altra before which have a wider toe box. I neednt have feared not a blister to be seen notca nark to be felt despite feeling they might rub. Using for a daily trainer when i probably shouldnt but i thought train in them. Run in them. So far so good.
After wearing the shoes for a park run, it very responsive with good energy return. It's lite and fits my foot well. I would use it for tempo or even racing day if you don't have another carbon plate shoe. Overall, a good shoe that I like because it's lite and responsive. Good for short distances I reckon, or even longer runs up to half marathon.
I have used this shoe for about a month now and tested it on various surfaces (including tarmac, gravel, snow and treadmill). I've run a bit easy in them but mainly used them for speedy sessions. I already knew I would like the fit due to it being the "training version" of MetaSpeed, which I use for my marathons. Yet, this shoe can also be used for races.And don't be fooled by the whiteness of the shoe - so far all of the dirt I've gotten on them has easily been removed with a wet cloth. Probably won't stay white forever though.I recommend sizing half a size up if used for training. If you buy them for racing, you can order your usual size. They are made to be tight. I sized up. I'll rate it as small for most runners :)

This is a great shoe but sizing runs very small. Every other shoe I own I'm a comfortable US mens 12. I bought this in the same size online as no local stores had it available in stock to try on first. My feet are so cramped they can't be used. My toes are bulging out at the end and feel like they are going to break the material. Unfortunately these will be returned and there's nothing available nationally in the sizes up.
This is by far the best version in this series. Light, super breathable upper, good cushioning, and the carbon plate is well designed. Had to go on a trip and forgot my other shoes, so, ran anywhere from 3 mi fast to 16 slow and this shoe did well on all. Not super squishy, which I like and no problems with lockdown and great upper. Very light as well, this shoe is really a good deal in the carbon plate market. I think it's only downfall is the minimalistic tread. I've put 50+ miles on this shoe, and I'm giving it until 100, then it's a goner. But, overall I was impressed, I did size up 1/2 and it fit perfect.
