Another great trainer from ASICS, in use multiple times every week for training. Great for comfort and durability, light to wear for road and track sessions, and stayed fresh on some recent very hot long runs in the South of France. Used alongside ASICS Fuji Lite 3 Women’s trail shoe, completes my training shoes for all terrains.

Having been a fan of the original shoe, the Dynablast 3 did not disappoint. I use the shoe mainly for my run commute. I found the first shoe very roomy. However, this one is a perfect fit for me. I find them very lightweight and i am a huge fan on the very thin tongue on the shoe.

The Dynablast 3 is a fantastic all rounder ! Gym, run o even as a really comfortable casual, the Dynablast 3 cover it all. The Flytefoam Blast midsole provides fantastic responsive bounce to the foot strike and AHARPLUS outsole gives great durability to the outsole without adding excessive weight.The upper breathes well and I’m a fan of the lacing system and traditional flat laces which hold the foot well and secure.
This is more a review on service than product. I’ve always owned kayanos but decided due to cost I’d try these. The toe is far more pointed than the kayano and my little toes rubbed terribly during the course of a light run on a treadmill at gym. I returned them and was told they are not in saleable condition? They wouldn’t have barely had a mark on them. How are you supposed to know if a shoe is any good without trying it? Fair enough if you went for a 5km run through the bush or something and they were filthy but this was definitely not the case. If this issue isn’t resolved I would definitely never buy ASICS for me or my family again
I’ve been testing these out and have really enjoyed the lightness, bouncy-ness and overall design of these shoes. I regularly wear the novablasts and was keen to see how these compare. They’re certainly a lot less bulky without compromising on the feeling of propelling you forward, however I found them a tad narrower compared to other ASICS shoes, which whilst it certainly wasn’t uncomfortable it did take some getting used to.
Very comfortable right out of the box and requires no wearing in period, I ran a comfortable 5km with no issues or irritations. Medium feeling cushion and the same for spring and flex. I think these would be good for longer distance runs. The quality seems really good and they look nice too. Good laces also, it’s a small but important detail for me.
Happy with feel, cushioned but not to excess. Good for my narrow foot.Able to handle long runs with tempo pick ups and easy runs. Gravel and roads surface both great.7.5 was snug on the toes but good stretch in the fabric, good fit around heel.
Absolutely delighted with these. The colours are gorrgeous. I wear them for 12 hour shifts and my feet feel supported. They are light and airy dont make your feet sweat. 100%comfort sizing and quality is spot on this isy thord pair of dynablast 3 would definitely recommend
Purchased with the intention of tempo / interval runs up to 10kNice and lightweight with a firm ride that is ideal for pacey shorter runs. Wouldnt say I feel propelled along, but certainly doesn't hold me back either.Wouldn't turn to this shoe for slower/longer/recovery runs which I don't think it was designed for anyway so that isn't a criticism, just an observation/opinion.ASICS seem to be leaning toward a slightly narrower toe box and this shoe does feel snug compared to my cumulus 24 and fuji lite shoes (all 8.5uk). This doesn't mean it's uncomfortable, but took a couple runs to feel right around the toes.No issues with heel slippage even when really upping pace/sprinting.Colourway of dark blue and orange is pretty sexy.
