Delivery was quick and hassle free. However, while the initial shoe presented well in appearance and finish, the sole started coming away from shoe bed after only a few months. I have experienced this poor quality gluing with other ASICS models e.g. Cumulus Gel. This is a recent development in the last two years. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was because I had gotten the shoes wet. This is completely unavoidable when running on grass or any soft surface. Also sweat will also cause the shoe to get wet in dry conditions. The cushioning of the shoes was initially good but the sole did compress after a few months reducing cushioning.

Purchased the product to replace my other ASICS. Process was a simple online buy. Delivery was slick as well, here within days. My new shoes are like stepping into comfy slippers as usual. Fit is true to size, width and quality good. Purchased the Lilac colour for brightness in the winter season, love them. Whether I'm walking, cycling or a gym workout, these shoes are fab and lightweight. Price was bonus as well.

As I was in the market for shoes that provide good support for walking, running and standing, I found myself attracted to the Asics brand. The Gel Excite 9 just so happened to be my first choice and I'm extremely glad I found this shoe. Despite being heavy, my feet didn't hurt at all after going on a run which was extremely impressive. I can see myself wearing these shoes for long walks when I'm out and about, ending the day with my feet free of pain. What I noticed is that the way the shoe is designed makes walking feel natural and efficient with consistent strides. It encourages heel-striking which is great for walking too. I love these shoes so much that I'm hoping to stick with the Asics brand and perhaps this shoe for a long time.

I bought these sneakers for everyday use. They are comfortable, but the quality is not the same as other shoes I've bought from Aasics, some in the same price range. The fabric on the inside and outside is of much lower quality. The fabric on the back interior of the shoes got holes within on month. The fabric on the front of the shoe is very thin and not resistant. It easily ripped with a minor snag. I am very disappointed. I might buy their running shoes, but these everyday street shoes have been a big disappointment.
I have worn the Gel Excite-8 shoes for a year plus. They are very comfortable, but they are worn in the big toe, so I wanted to purchase a new pair. I bought the Gel Excite-9s in the same size. Unfortunately, after wearing them inside on my treadmill, they rubbed in the back and caused a blister. This was surprising given that they were a similar style to what I’ve been wearing. I was told I could not return them, as I had removed the tag, even though I did not wear them outside and kept all of the original packaging. Given this policy, I do not intend to purchase from ASICS again and will stick with a company that has a more flexible and equitable return policy.
It is one of the most comfortable shoe I ever had. Shoe sole lasts long and in all condition. I purchased my first Asics shoes back in 2016 and at that time I had no idea about this brand. I liked it as I used it. The shoe lasted 3 years in almost all weather conditions and also served in activities like cricket and table tennis. It was allrounder for me. After 3 years of use I switched to another brand for a change but after one year moved back to Asics. One of my major concern while buying trainer or running shoe is that it should not get smelly as I have to wear it for longer times. Asics ace in this department, shoes are airy and remains odourless.More designs can be introduced for better selection.Overall it's a must buy shoe. :)

I did extensive research, and this particular shoe kept coming up as recommended by podiatrists. As soon as he wore them the first time, he was surprised at how comfortable and lightweight they are. (The mesh seems very thin and flimsy, but I think it is because we are used to always having heavy leather shoes.) He has now worn these for a few days and is extremely satisfied. No heel pain, and taking the daily walk with the dog has now become pleasurable. He also said that even though the mesh does not seem supportive, the inserts in the shoes cup his heel/foot and feel very stable. He is very happy with these shoes! My student son has had a fairly recent ACL and meniscus surgery and has been quite uncomfortable doing various physio etc. As I personally ONLY use ASICS (my go to trainer for training) I sent him a pair in his size - a risky move - my husband said - and it was (given how choosy youngsters can be). He was absolutely delighted with them. The style and comfort and stability. Another ASICS fan in our house! Always great quality and durability
I love these trainers they are exactly what I need. I wear them to go boxing, running, cycling and other activities too. They work really well with my high instep and are wide fitting too so my feet don’t feel squished in any way. The soles are rubber and so they seem to be durable against bike pedals which ruined my last trainers. By far the best trainers I’ve had to date.
