I’m a massive fan of Novablasts, so much so I haven’t gone back to wearing Nimbus which I had been wearing since 2005!The new Novablast 2 doesn’t disappoint, with more stack and foam they are bouncy, yet a little firmer than the original Novablast - I think this will be an advantage as they may go for more miles (I get approx 400 out of Novablast).The uppers feel more cushioned round the foot and also in the heel area, I really like the new uppers as they feel like the nimbus with a Novablast sole.I run in these for my easy, long and tempo runs but would also consider these shoes for 10k upwards on the roads.Excited to run more miles in these super shoes.

First time getting the Novablast style normally I buy cumulus, but I am a convert!First time running in these I felt like I was flying.Fir sizing I went for what I normally get in cumulus and they are the same, fitting great.Cushioning on landing feels great with the feel of your feet wanting to continue running.Feel lightweight on the foot so you barely notice them.After months of trying to get back to 30 mins 5k following injury and illness first time out in these I achieved it.

These are my first pair of Asics trainers and I am thoroughly impressed. I run about 5k three times a week and these are a vast improvement on my previous NB running shoes. First of all they are very light - I was skeptical they would not be robust enough but the cushioning on the trainers is amazing. There is a definite spring in my step. It's just a shame they aren't waterproof.

I'm new to Asics and thought I'd give them a try. Nice trainers and i teally wanted to keep them, but they were too small. The problem is not with the shoes they're great, the problem is with the ridiculous time that it took to get them!Whereas as your competitor's take 2 days to deliver shoes, mine took a week to arrive, so reluctantly i ended up going with your competitors as i didn't have another week to wait for my delivery. A week in this day and add age is rediculous!Still maybe next time!
These trainers are so so nice. They're light and spongy which is great for me as I have a sore hip usually when running. This shoe has helped. They have a nice curve to the sole making it easier to establish a wider stride.Very comfortable laces, no digging in or rubbing and feel well ventilated. True to size.
The Novablast 2 is light and comfortable shoe that I use for training and long runs. They are also perfect for interval trainings and just recovery runs. The new laces are super soft, the heel grip is now cushioned and rounded, and the tongue is much improved. In the cold days I used to wear exactly Novablast 2 since they have a much better upper for wetter, colder conditions and they feel supportive round my feet. I recommend this shoe since it is perfect for most conditions and different trainings!
Persistent blisters on my inner heels caused by deep heel bed and the curved sides of the insole. For the first two weeks I had to alternate between these and my old trainers, using loads of plasters to ease the rubbing. Now a month in, they are still causing painful blisters, which I can't feel with my old trainers on. These trainers have now been rendered unusable which is frustrating as they are the most expensive I've ever bought. Going back to New Balance 680s which I've never had problems with.
The Shoes are for my girlfriend and she said the Nova Blast was thr best running shoe on the market. Now that there is the Nova Blast 2 she was even more happy about the shoes!!! I am german with no pretty good english but i really like quality and accuracy. The shoe is a really good deal! Buy it would be my pov nd i am not even wearing it.I want to test / buy the nova blast 2 for myself and hope to get a nother bonus for my wallet to afford them. Would be the perfect addition to run as a 'twinblast' with my girl.
Brilliant milleage runner, 3 pairs in now this year and have to say asics did everything right with this shoe. 700km and still quite supportive, feel like heaven on my feet when i start a new pair. Very bouncy yet sturdy. Hopefully they remain on the market for the foreseeable. Well done asics!
I have always trained in Asics and needed a new pair for a new round of training. After extensive research, I settled on the Asics Novablast 2. I initially sized down as most reviews mentioned the shoe fit a little larger but I had to re-order my usual Asics size. Upon the first run the toe box pinched my toes and the run was extremely painful. I contined to use the shoes for a few more short runs to be sure the shoe did not loose up with use. No luck, I had to purchase another pair of trainers to train in and unfortunatly cannot wear these for running anymore.
