It works good but the temp. is not staying at settings. Keeps going up or down. Sometimes but as much as 50 deg.

Smoker temp varies by 150 degrees from the set-point and sometimes more. The powder coating is flaking off and I've only used this smoker 4 times, and it's in a case in my garage. I contacted customer support and they said is all normal and offered me a bag of pellets. I will not recommend this smoker to anyone because the company does not stand behind the product.

It's just ok. Temperature inside shows that it goes up and down a lot during cooking. Not consistent whatsoever, but the meat does continue to rise in temperature over time. It will get the job done. DO NOT use Lumberjack Pellets! It caught my unit on FIRE! They kept dropping down into the ash collecting tray while still burning and then it built up into a pile of fire underneath! Burned the paint off the tray both inside and out. And yes, I did use the adapter they tell you to use if using other brand pellets. So then I used their pellets and they worked out as normal like they say, they designed this grill to work with their own brand of pellets. Applewood. I can live with that.
