AsRock Arc B580 Challenger 12GB OC
ASRock Intel ARC B580 Challenger** The ASRock Intel ARC B580 Challenger has garnered a notable reception among Consumers looking for high-performance yet cost-effective graphics solutions. Priced attractively in the mid-range graphics card market, users particularly appreciate the graphics card's 12GB VRAM that offers excellent value for money, especially as prices for competing AMD and NVIDIA cards have surged. The B580 is praised for its low power Consumption, typically around 10W at idle, which enhances its attractiveness for those concerned with energy efficiency. Performance-wise, reviewers report that the B580 does not falter in most gaming scenarios, although some users experienced crashes with Final Fantasy XV benchmarks, whereas the card handled Final Fantasy XIV excellently. The hardware effectively balances gaming and professional applications, resembling the performance of the RTX3060 in workloads like artificial intelligence and graphics generation. Owners transitioning from older GPUs like the GTX 1070 noted smooth transitions and effective performance with minimal issues, although initial loading times in some games were longer than expected. Some aspects, such as software drivers, have been highlighted as needing improvement. While the card operates well once configured, users found the driver installation process somewhat complicated and lacking sufficient documentation. However, many are optimistic about future driver updates enhancing the experience further. On the whole, the ASRock Intel ARC B580 Challenger is highly recommended for budget-Conscious Consumers looking for decent gaming performance and efficient thermal management. With potential performance improvements as drivers mature, this card could increasingly find a solid home in the hands of not just gamers but professionals in graphics-heavy industries.

Came very quickly which we were impressed with for a start! The card is working perfectly and for a budget card it really packs a punch, no issues and it was fairly easy to fit and set up.

Super happy with this card. They've done a cracking job with it for what's essentially only the second iteration - please keep up this trajectory!

The b580 has excellent performance for its value. However, since i bought it, this card has increased in value twice when it started at £259.99. The other issue is that driver support currently is still poor, especially as it causes problems in some games. I have experienced crashes on some games, and on others massive stuttering problems caused by cpu overhead problems. I did actually notice however that the card ran better after closing discord. I know discord has been known to cause cpu usage problems, but to the extent ive seen on this card, I doubt that is the only reason. For anyone unsure whether to go the intel route I'd suggest firstly waiting for the prices to go back towards msrp. Not only are you paying too much, but here the 4060 is roughly the same ... A 250-300 chf card at almost 400 chf is insane
Like Linus said in a recent video he is annoyed like I am that the price of this card has increased even when you guys have it still on pre-order it has increased around £20 since y ou first listed it, he was mainly on about manufacturers who are charging more for a different cooler and not retailers like yourself. We also have scalpers trying to sell the Intel version of this budget card for upto £100 more than it's release price of £250.
I had a GTX1660 and was sceptical of the Intel Battle Mage series, but I'm glad I did buy it. I run triple 1440p monitors with a single Ultra wide 1440p for gaming. The card performs excellent. Beyond my expectations.
I had to change out my old 1080ti. Wow what a difference. Considering I paid twice as much 7 years ago for the 1080ti this is a SMASHING DEAL!
