HIIT-training with the Assault Airbike The Assault Airbike is highly suitable for High Intensity Interval training. Just fifteen minutes of cycling on the Assault Airbike will make the training up to fifty percent more effective than endurance is training when it comes to burning fat. Next to that, the Airbike is often used for training purposes in physical therapy. Assault Airbike The Assault Airbike is used for High Intensity Interval Training, and helps to reach the maximum exercise capacity in a short amount of time. Because of this, the HITT is up to 50% more effective when it comes to burning fat. Because of the high amount of effort, the process of burning fat will continue for about 30 minutes after the training is finished. How does the Airbike work? The Assault Airbike uses a drag system. With this system, the resistance of the bike will get heavier the moment the user cycles faster. The pedals are used to train the legs, hips and buttocks, while at the same time the arms, chest and shoulders are trained by using the handles. This makes it possible for everyone to get a maximal result and full body workout out of his interval training. High Intensity Interval Training The Assault Airbike is the most durable airbike on the market and is designed by professionals. This airbike has an excellent finish, is easy adjustable and can be used on every level. The Assault Airbike gives an optimal and highly effective HIIT-training. Thanks to the short training time in combination with the efficient and new way of moving, any user is challenged every time, over and over again.

A Must Have for The Serious Home Gym Junkies

I purchased the Assault Air bike because it most closely resembles a Schwinn Airdyne bike, two of which I have owned and liked but the chain driven AirDyne is no longer made and most used ones are pretty worn.I specifically wanted a chain drive machine because the drive system uses bicycle parts and I know how to repair bikes. The issue of chain noise is not an issue for me because most of the noise comes from the fan not the chain and I don’t consider chain maintenance a big deal either. I am not a fan of belt drives on bikes. For a while I owned a Schwinn Airdyne Ad6 with a belt drive and it had a different feel which I did not care for.The Assault bike is a very solid machine, I am a retired mechanical engineer and I appreciate a good, well executed design ... MoreI purchased the Assault Air bike because it most closely resembles a Schwinn Airdyne bike, two of which I have owned and liked but the chain driven AirDyne is no longer made and most used ones are pretty worn.I specifically wanted a chain drive machine because the drive system uses bicycle parts and I know how to repair bikes. It is possible to assemble this bike using the provided wrenches but you will have difficulty fully tightening the fasteners, especially on the clamp controlling the seat angle. You will save yourself aggravation by using regular mechanic wrenches.I found the seat quite uncomfortable even though I am used to the hard saddle on my mountain bike. The seat appeared to be of good quality so it was just a case of not being compatible with my body. I installed an AirDyne seat which felt much better. The display has good visibility and is fairly intuitive but the very bottom line is hard to read when sitting on the machine. All in all I am very satisfied with this machine.

I have used this product in the past at a local facility.I have lower back pain and foud it more comfortable than other types of cardio exercise equipment.I have been very impressed with the service and delivery.I was nervous about assembling the bike on my own, but the video tutorial was so easy to follow that I got it done much faster than I had expected with no trouble at all.I love the versatility as you can use your arms or legs or both. The fan cools you down as you exercise which is a very helpful bonus. Compact design suits smaller spaces. The adjustable seat height and position is great as different people in my family can use it without any difficulty too. I rate this product 10/10! Thank you so much Gym and Fitness!

Defected/damaged Bike do not recommend
4 January 2023

Received this bike yesterday. For $810 this is what was received, the wheel cage was bent and damaged and the inner band was not aligned. The hardware part under the saddle did not slide onto the seat slide rail as per the instructional video. Overall unhappy with this purchase. After talking with customer service they did not provide an update on how to proceed but rather said to wait until I was contacted by Rogue. Still waiting to hear a response…

Do Not Reccomend

I am extremely dissatisfied with the bike I purchased, considering the high price tag. Right from the start, I encountered several issues that have left me feeling greatly disappointed. While the assembly process was not overly complicated, I quickly noticed that there were missing and bent screws/clamps on the fan cage. Unfortunately, despite my attempts, I have been unable to properly reinstall them in order to achieve the correct positioning of the cage. Furthermore, the sensor on the bike fails to function, even after multiple attempts at repositioning and verifying the connection. Additionally, the bike emits a loud rattling noise, which I am also attempting to address on my own.Upon reaching out to customer service and expressing my concerns, their proposed ... MoreI am extremely dissatisfied with the bike I purchased, considering the high price tag. Great investment!

I will give an honest review. On the plus side, delivery was fast. The construction is solid and it was exactly what I was looking for. I use it multiple times every week.On the downside, I wish there was a clearer set of instructions on how to construct the bike. I did have issues with the seat when all the bolts fell off, and I really didn’t know how to reconstruct it. Customer service was absolutely no use but after that half an hour, I figured out how it needed to be reassembled.Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this bike.

Great piece of equipment

I originally got my bike in 2015. I don't like the idea of rating an item until you have given it proper time.First off, I purchased it from the treadmill factory, shipping was approximately two days, and they had the best price I could find. Set up was extremely easy and fast, to make it easier there is a video on YouTube that walks you right through it. In the last one and a half years there has been no change with my air bike. It is built extremely tough, and high-quality. It is easy to use, and the workouts can be extremely brutal. Two of my coworkers have also purchased one based on my recommendations. Without exception, everyone who does a work out on this bike is amazed at how hard it can be.The price tag is not cheap, but in return you will get a very ... MoreI originally got my bike in 2015. Terrible Service for those needing to fix bikes
21 December 2022

Assault service department has gotten more and more difficult to work with over the years. I’ve owned over 25 classic bikes as a 12 year affiliate owner. Typically, when we have a problem, we’re able to reach out and they are willing to work with us. Since the pandemic, their monitors break left and right and their seats tear all the time. We need two bottom buttons to replace on our monitors (which they would sell to us for less then $10) and they are making us buy new monitors—even though they should be under warranty! We stayed with assault when we turned over our last feat since the echo bike was not in the market for long enough to trust it. Thinking we’ll move to rogue when we flip the fleet (of 18!) again

Worked great at first
20 July 2022

We bought the bike during COVID when everything was shut down. It worked great until a bolt on the linkage arm sheared apart. I bought new bolts and it happened again. Assault sent me a new arm, linkage kit, and bolts. When they arrived it was for the wrong side. Now we have the correct side after sending the wrong side back, however to fix it we now have to go purchase a crank puller tool to get the pedal off! Way too much hassle.

‘BUILT TO LAST’...But next to ZERO warranty if it doesn’t
30 March 2021

March 2021 - just to be clear I am not one for leaving negative reviews. From having worked in industries with the general public I am well aware that most reviews are only written in a negative manner and can be extremely misleading however Assault Fitness have left me with little choice. Also, my issue here is not with the bike, it’s with the warranty.I bought the Assault Airbike Classic in May 2020 and have used it most days and have never had any issues until now. I have even recommended the Assault Bike to numerous friends which will no longer be the case.I went to use it last week and there was a loud noise coming from the pedal area when I slow the bike down.I checked all the nuts and bolts were tight which everything seemed to be. I have even recommended the Assault Bike to numerous friends which will no longer be the case.I went to use it last week and there was a loud noise coming from the pedal area when I slow the bike down.I checked all the nuts and bolts were tight which everything seemed to be. I emailed assault fitness customer services with a video of the problem and they replied in decent time.It was suggested the chain had become lose, they sent me videos on how to tighten it which seemed simple enough. It then became clear that the assembly tools that arrived with the assault bike did not fit the bolts needing adjusted and I would have to buy tools to do this, which I did. After following the videos I tightened the chain - no improvement with the issue at hand! So now I am a few dollars down and no further forward.Another email to assault fitness - they respond saying it now sounds like the fan is hitting the guard which I replied saying it is not.I received another email back saying they have sent a part out but I need yet another tool to fix it and because I did not buy the ‘elite assault bike’ they will not send anyone out to look at it. They also suggested it is not an unreasonable request to take my bike to a bike shop so they can lend me the tool to use at their facility which is laughable for anyone who has felt the weight of these bikes. The other option available was they would find someone local to be to give me an estimation of cost to fix. To be clear I would be the one covering the cost.So basically my warranty covers Assault Fitness sending parts, me buying tools and me stripping my bike down piece by piece until I find the problem and fix it with the help of YouTube videos. My bike has now sat for the best part of a week gathering dust unused. To conclude.......... I am no further forward after nearly a week of the issue arising, I have no idea how much money I am going to have spent on tools by the time Assault Fitness customer service team actually guess correctly and pin point what the actual problem is.I have never bought anything in the past that is ‘under warranty’ that I have ever had to fix myself. If anything, this would usually make the warranty void if you tamper with a bought product yourself.
