The AK T9ie is the result of a collaboration between hi-res player specialists Astell&Kern and headphone experts Beyerdynamic and is ideal for listening to music with portable players such as music players, smartphones, tablets, notebooks, etc. The AK T9ie has a neutral soundstage with smooth highs, linear midrange and slightly boosted bass. Due to the acoustic design, the basses reach very deep and sound perfectly controlled. A special filter protects the inside of the earphone from ear wax and ensures pure neutral highs. The AK T9ie incorporate Beyerdynamic's patented Tesla technology, which ensures that the entire listening spectrum is reproduced neutrally and precisely. Not only the earphones themselves, but also the supplied hybrid headphone cable is on an audiophile level. It is braided from eight strands and consists of pure 4N silver and 7N OCC copper and contributes significantly to the authentic sound image. No sharp highs and no overly dominant bass - the cable plays a major role in ensuring that your music is reproduced with just the right balance. The earphone cable is interchangeable and equipped with a balanced 2.5 mm connector. For use with unbalanced standard 3.5 mm connectors, an adapter cable 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm is included. The AK T9ie looks classy and thanks to its ergonomic design it is very comfortable to wear, even after many hours of listening to music. Also included is a round storage bag.
