With the famous Garage 59 team switching over from a rival manufacturer to run the Aston Martins as a customer entry the team debuted its new cars at the Monza round of the Blancpain Endurance Championship and at the second round at Silverstone the car was driven by Chris Goodwin Alexander West and Top Gear presenter Chris Harris. The car ran well and finished 33rd overall third in the AM cup for amateur drivers. This car has a DPR socket for use with digital systems.

Unfortunately both cars did not work and the returns process is archaic - had to wait 20mins to speak to someone and then talked through trying to fix cars to be told they can’t be fixed and we have to send them back. They won’t send new ones until they receive the others back. Not the greatest experience. Track worked fine

Unfortunately it was slightly damaged during shipment. Nothing to worry about, the rear wing had been knocked loose. Pretty sure I'll have fixed with nothing more than a few drops of glue! The detail is excellent and Aston Martin is my favorite brand of manufacture. Regardless of the wing, it's a great product. Can't wait for the Batmobile & C8 to arrive!

I am returning to Scalextric for the first time since the mid 90's and the performance and attention to detail on the new cars blows me away. The details on this model are amazing right down to the colouring and paint job.
