The 50mm Tilt Lens not only looks extraordinary, it is also extraordinary. The mount of this fast 50mm lens is spherical and so the lens can be tilted in all directions by up to 15 degrees. This mechanism can be locked with a locking ring. In the normal setting without tilting, the lens is a fast universal normal lens. For tilting, the Lens can be swiveled by up to ±15 degrees in all directions. This opens up new creative possibilities. (It should be noted, however, that slight vignetting can occur in the corners of full-frame sensors when tilting) Tilting allows the focal plane to be tilted. This means that subjects can be in focus from front to back even at full aperture. For example, a fence or a house photographed at an angle will be completely in focus, while everything to the side will be blurred. At close range, tilting produces a kind of "Alice in Wonderland" effect. Small figures, model cars and miniature landscapes appear really large when the focal plane is tilted. The optical construction of 7 elements in 6 groups ensures outstanding optical quality, while the aperture with its 12 blades, which can be continuously adjusted from f/2.8 to f/16, provides a wonderful circular bokeh. The Lens has a diameter of 50mm, a length of 75mm and weighs 339 grams. A 46mm filter thread allows the use of standard screw-in filters. The distance and aperture are set manually.
