Seemed nice until the RAM troubleshooting began. Using more than 1 stick in any pair of slots lead to extreme errors in memtest. Those same sticks test perfectly as long as they’re alone, which means it’s the motherboard. I didn’t want to need to return it, but here we are.

This board has a lot of I/O on offer, especially for an entry-/mid-level mobo. I'm an ex-Gigabyte fanboy, because their hardware was rock solid at one point. This is my second TUF mobo, and it is proving to be as reliable as the last.

Great motherboard on my new gaming PC. Easy to use BIOS and have no memory issues that others have reported (perhaps they worked out the bugs with the recent updates).
ASUS tuf series is pretty much there for when you want features w/o frills, and I thought this was a good value for the money. Pleny of M2 slots, easy to build on, no issues with operations. BIOS setup was a little finicky but all in all, no complaints.I understand that the RGB leaves something to be desired but I run mine in 'stealth mode' so I can't speak to that.
I bought this item open box to save money. It was a huge pain to just install an operating system on it. First it didn't recognize a bootable drive, then it said my specs were too low for Windows 11. After tinkering with the BIOS settings and finally installing an OS, the Bluetooth doesn't work. I've exhausted all the options to fix the issue and had to contact Asus for support. Their take is that the Bluetooth is busted, but they will try to get back to me with a fix. They offered to RMA the thing, but that will be a huge hassle so I'm hesitant. Last time I build a PC I didn't encounter these kinds of issues. I don't know if I just got particularly unlucky, but I highly recommend a different motherboard.
I've had the board for about a month now running without issues with the following hardware.RM850 psu7700x32gb G.Skill Flare x5 6000 cl36Evga 3080 ftw1 tb crucial p5+ (2 of them)Some important notes with this board:READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL!When you install a single sided M.2 drive (which most are) there is a small rubber square pad you are supposed to install behind the drive. This keeps it from flexing when installed.Update the bios BEFORE messing with the EXPO ram timings.....Boot times are a little longer due to memory retraining on my specific setup listed above.Clean install of windows has been rock solid with not 1 issue since the build.
I bought the board during the black Friday and build the rig mid December. I started having issue the end of December that the board randomly freezes or game crash. I updated my BIOS to the newest version 0823. The newest update made it worst. Now the PC won't boot!! it freezes after the loading screen to boot on the disk. I then proceeded to reset the CMOS battery and now it won't POST. Purchased a different brand of motherboard and never had issue with it. Please FIX the BIOS update ASUS.
This says that this product is for intel when it is for AMD 7000 series. Best Buy online really needs to get their stuff together when checking these listings!
