I upgraded to this 4060Ti from a Sapphire Nitro + Vega 64 that I purchased in the summer of 2018. I live in the deserts of AZ, it gets quite hot here in the summer...my house also has Tesla solar and Powerwall. I was looking for a low temp GPU that would give me a good bump in performance while also lowering the amount of energy I was pulling from the outlet. My Vega 64 would average about 230W of power draw in game, while the 4060Ti averages about 160W while all but doubling my FPS in most all games I play on a 3440x1440 165Hz panel. This 4060Ti is also about half the weight and 2/3 the footprint. At the time, I paid about $550 for my Vega 64 so this card was actually cheaper to purchase. II bought the 4060ti with the intention of improving performance in photo editing and geoprocessing software. My previous board was an old 1050ti. I already expected a significant improvement, but the performance improvement was far beyond what I expected. For example, an Adobe lightroom noise reduction function, based on artificial intelligence, reduced the average processing time from 7 minutes to 7 seconds!! the card also offers good gaming performance. Another advantage is the low energy consumption and the complete silence of the fans. Just the price could be a little lower

This is a great GPU that runs cool and quiet. Easy to setup and it only needs ~160 watts so you can run it with a 500 watt PSU(if you have the extra 8 pin PCIE power connector).Note: GPU is small enough to fit into a Acer Nitro N50-640 desktop computer too.Recommend this GPU for anyone looking to upgrade their 1080P or 1440P graphics performance.
I ordered the card on Thursday, got a ship notice Friday, and it was delivered, well packed and padded, on Monday, using free five day shipping.The card is amazingly fast for its price. I chose this config because it's short enough (in length) to fit into a mini-tower case. The fans are very quiet - I was ready for a leaf blower, and that's not what happened. It takes a single 8-pin connector. The current drivers run without issue. No crashes or problems of any kind. The only odd thing about it is that it has three Display Port connectors and only one HDMI. I assume that that's to save money on HDMI royalties. But it doesn't matter to me. Outstanding in all respects.
Reliable almost to a fault compared to faster cards with less memory....But must be understood in its function compared to the general mind set of card users. The smooth stability and function of this GPU more than makes up for the falts of the touchy so-called faster cards...It just WORKS! every time -all the time.even on older systems like mine. I use it for X-Plane 12 and DCS World flight simulation. My rig is a Dell 9020 optiplex MT with an i7 4790K CPU, 32mb DDR3 RAM, 2TB ssd main and 2TB ssd storage drives., Corsair RM750X 750 watt PSU. Snoother and with better frame rates than my GTX 1080 ti........Don't believe the naysayers...!!
For someone who loves gaming, it's pretty annoying when your gaming rig can't take the hit of the new game releases. But Asus really is here to the rescue. Offering a good, yet affordable gpu into the next gen of gaming. Plus the white theme really added to the aesthetic of my current gaming rig, and setup. Will one hundred percent recommend 🫡
The unit is an upgrade from my previous rtx 3060 12gb. seems to perform better but i have been having some audio issues where the speakers crackle sometimes. I do believe this card is slightly overpriced like others have mentioned. This card would be an amazing card if they could bring the price down. Ill put it this way. if all you can afford is 400 bucks this this card is the way to go. if you can dish out the 530 for the 4070 msi walmart sales would be better with is 12gb of vram in my opinion.
Love this card ! I replaced a gtx 1650 and WOW what a difference . I thought because I could play games I wasn’t missing out but boy was I wrong . I would have bought a video card sooner had I known games would be this much better . Very happy with my purchase .I went to buy a bigger monitor and a friend suggested I upgrade the video card . If it wasn’t for him I would have went home with a new monitor instead and stuck with the old card . So glad I didn’t .

I attempted to call twice to get through to HR just for this refund. don’t do it, just buy it off amazon
