Asus ROG Strix Impact III Wireless Gaming Mouse - Black

Decent wireless and portable mouse; a little too small and light for my taste, but convenient to pack. I have been using a 'vertical mouse' for years due to carpal tunnel symptoms and extended gaming with the Impact III seems to have re-activated my symptoms. I wish it came in a vertical form factor. Additionally, the DPI change button and the LED colors seem gimmicky and the instructions less than clear. So far, under light use, it's a good quality product. No notable lag, but I don't play twitch-shooters as a rule. Overall a good product, with the caveats as stated. Battery life is pretty good too.

Lightweight with solid shell. Extremely well built with top class sensor and wireless performance. Battery life is also very good. My only criticism is that the mouse could be 8-10mm shorter and the side buttons could be little less stiff. One advantage with this mouse is the option to use Armoury Crate Gear, a lightweight version of Armoury Crate. Hopefully this version of Armoury Crate will roll out for other ROG product. Take a star off if using the full version of Armoury Crate as it needs a complete overhaul.

The unit I got have some gap between the bottom of the mouse and the shell housing of the mouse that cause minimal flex on the bottom and side of the mouse. And the mouse 1 and mouse 2 buttons have a side to side play. But for me it's only a minor qc issue so I'll still rate the product 4/5
