I first bought the Macbook Air M1, and that's the day all my accessories were basically useless. A year later, I'm starting to change the way I select accessories. This screen is absolutely amazing, and is a must-have for my largely-remote work life. Power drain is very minimal, the screen refresh rate has surpassed my expectations, and the carrying case is decent. Without drivers, this screen "just works" with the Macbook Air (though, no auto-rotate from what I can determine) and the included USB-C to USB-C cable. That's handy, so I don't have to lug around adapters everywhere; just the Macbook Air, the screen. I've spent several hours out of the home office with just these two, no power adapter, and returning home with plenty of battery life to spare. The screen ... Macbook Air still cannot power TWO external monitors through the Lightning ports. Alas, you may need to find the Asus Zenbook 165B (the USB-3 Type-A connector) to MAYBE achieve multi-monitor support.

If you are using this screen for its intended purpose (connecting to a laptop's USB-C outlet) then this screen is perfect. However, I decided to use this screen with my Nintendo switch. You need a very special adapter that is hard to find that accepts HDMI "Input" only plus external power and merges them into a single USB-C thunderbolt output (female connection). I haven't worked out the power requirements as of yet due to issues with the adapter I currently have but it is possible. Great screen for the money!

I purchased this monitor so when working remote or travelling with my laptop I could have a second screen. Very easy to setup and have operational. It comes with a nice travel case/cover too. The monitor is perfect for my use. The only reason i indicated Good on design is that the "stand" for the monitor is to prop up using the travel case and i am not sure how that will work out for long term. It works now, but might have to consider another method for holding monitor upright.

Great for portable office work. Screen is thin and easy to Stowe in my backpack with laptop. Affordable solution to needing multiple screens when traveling or working from home.
This monitor is fantastic value. Bright, good definition, especially when running on non-native resolutions due to hitting graphics throughput max. The 1/4" mount on the back is a great VESA alternative. Do note that you have to power and push display signal through the single USB C connection.
Purchased this monitor to add some extra screen real-estate while traveling. Works just like a desktop screen but only has 1 usb-c cable supplying power and picture. Its light, only about 1/2" thick when it is in the case. Approximately the same size as my laptop, so it travels easy. Used it for a month now no regrets.
Pros: Nice build quality if you have a compatible pc / laptop. Cons: Check your pc / laptop is compatible - most aren't!
I am so grateful to have a second monitor! It does work and gives me the space to view what I need. The only bummer is that the travel monitor puts everything I move to it in larger print and then I have to change the size so I can see enough on the screen. It may be that the 15 in travel monitor does not communicate well with the 17 in laptop. I wish I knew how to make that better so the font sizes stayed the same.
Tried connecting this to my HP and my stepsons Acer, neither worked. Endured the painful ASUS customer service only to find a very unhelpful rep who said there must be something wrong with the product - but I think she just didn't know anything about these devices. I'm sure it might actually be something to do with the type of USB-C port the laptops have but I need someone with a little more knowledge to confirm this. As of right now, the "plug and play" doesn't work and when you try to download drivers there is no executable from Asus so basically it's just a black screen. Going back, and I'm annoyed - had high hopes for this.
picked up coding recently, this works extremely well as a second screen that can be stored comfortable in a laptop bag. Not the most insane quality, but its perfect for what I use it for.
