I started a Adkins diet a few days ago. I have only tried a few so far. These are the best so far to eat on my diet. The strawberry cheesecake one, that one seriously the taste that came to my mine as soon as I tasted it was the taste of throw up in my mouth. It was so bad and I cant return them or exchange them for another. Same as the blueberry yogurt ones, they were not as bad I ate the whole bar just didn't want to keep eating it as I went LOL. The Strawberry shortcake was manageable to me I ate the whole bar it was a good one. I do love the chocolate PB pretzel and the chocolate caramel nut roll so far. I can definitely eat them daily. They all have a low sugar count so its awesome. :)

I definitely will not repurchase this and other food products of Atkins. The reason why is because they are very overpriced and have a disgusting taste. If you’re trying to low carbs that’s not the best option. I’m sorry but I just can’t recommend food with palm kernel oil, palm oil, baking powder, sodium, corn starch, ammonium bicarbonate and mixed tocopherols plus a bioengineered food ingredient at one single bar.

We are going to an indoor playground and we can definitely use some extra energy. I headed out of the house without breakfast because well, kids. I usually survive the mornings on coffee and their breakfast leftovers, so this bar is a savior in my bag when I literally start getting shaky and realize I havent eaten. They're filling and energizing yet they only have 1gr of sugar😍 Loved the taste too, it doesn't have the protein after taste like some bars do. I love these bars so much for after the gym!! I go to the gym pretty early, and often do not have an appetite before or after. However, these protein bars are small enough that I can stomach them in the morning while getting me 16 grams of protein after my workout. I love this bar and definitely recommend for people who do not really enjoy protein bars but still want to have them.

Bitter aftertaste!

It has a weird bitter aftertaste that I cannot deal with. I had to drink plenty of water to remove that stinky aftertaste. I guess the weird bitter aftertaste has to do with the added protein powder there. I also felt bloated and didnt want to eat anything after devouring these protein bars.Looking at the ingredient list, I think they have added whey protein isolate. Not recommended if you have a sensitive palette like me. I prefer more "natural" protein bars in which no protein powder is added.

Healthy snacks, high protein, good to eat after gymWhile writing this story, I found myself struggling to eloquently describe what the best protein bars I tasted had in common, and what I came up with was that they’re all artificially flavored globs. That doesn’t mean I hate protein bars; in fact, they’re integral to my diet. As a marathoner with a desk job, I run anywhere from five to 10 miles before work, and I often eat a protein bar post-workout in the short time before my first meeting of the day. Yes, I’d prefer to prepare some banana pancakes or a berry smoothie with protein powder, but when time is of the essence, my morning protein intake comes in bar form.

Love the taste!

Great taste and excellent quality and good packaging! The size of each bar is like the standard size granola bar; though it may seem small, it does curb hunger and keeps me full for a few hours, if I skip a meal or need a snack for an extra boost before a workout. I think this product will work well for people on a diet, and if you're just looking to get some extra protein for a training session, or just a healthy snack to feed your sweet tooth on the go. Besides the great taste, an amazing benefit is its wholesome and natural ingredients. Would definitely buy again!

The BEST MEAL BAR!!!

This bar is by far the best I have ever had! It does not have a bland taste at all. I eat them everyday at work for my breakfast. I work in a hospital and it’s not always easy for me to sit and have breakfast when you have to be at work at 6:30am. I love the pretzel part of the bar it’s not too much. Along with the peanuts and chocolate it’s the absolute best. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone. Buy these ASAP.

while I love this protein bar and feel less guilty having it, the last batch had a rancid nut taste.normally I find it satisfying and I have it as a treat more than a healthy sanck bar.ingredients aren't as healthy as one would hope, but I believe they're still better than conventional snacks.bar size is satisfying.price is relatively high.
