But after hours of chopping the thick and hearty bough of the hulking trees of the Mirkwood I am in need once again of the salubrious waters of the mountain. Lo and behold the towels of waffle are as dry as the dunes of the the Lostladen. Three cheers for temple and Websters magically absorbent products. A set of towelettes that would make Merlin through down his alchemy texts and turn his eye upon this new sorcery. Haza!

Aura Waffle Bath Mat in white

Ordered as an online only purchase. These bath mats are beautifully soft and large. I really liked them. Sadly I had to return them because of the colour. As with organic cottons the whites are not bleached bright white so they are more cream then white. Something I should have considered before purchasing. The online website photo looks whiter.Returned via my closest store and the transaction was quick and easy.

Beautiful colour - great quality

Beautiful colour and great quality of cotton. Washing this set hasn't created any loose threads or pilling from the towels. I have both this set and the other set and I find that the waffle texture means it is not as soft as some of the other towels from Aura.

Beautiful towels

Absolutely love these towels. I’ve bought Waffle and Paros in different colours and very, very happy with them. If drying in the dryer though, definitely use the Delicate setting/lower heat because it does make a difference to the softness of the towel.

Disappointing purchase

Disappointing. Towels look and feel great but dry poorly and develop an odour after the first day or so. Have tried changing the location we air dry but the just develop a musty odour so quickly that I feel the need to wash them again after only 3 days. Would not recommend these towels.

Great colour and statement

I chose this set purely based on the colour and was really impressed with the quality too. They fluff up well after initial wash. They're a statement and make the bathroom look fresh and updated

Not what I expected

For the price I paid I expected the towels to be thicker and larger. Bit of a shame they only include one bath towel as well. The colour and waffle weave texture though are beautiful.

Pleasantly surprised - good bath mat

Pleasantly surprised by this, as the price wasn't high but quality seems pretty good and the waffle effect adds a little depth/interest I like in my bath mats (as they're pretty boring things) and it pulls off the aesthetic as well as some more expensive options I've purchased. Only four stars as there is better quality out there, albeit that better quality comes at a higher price - is it's more than adequate quality for price :)

Beautiful towels. Lovely colours. Soft, luxurious feel. Washes well. Want one in every colour. Price is great, bought when on sale. Happy with my purchase.

Waffle bath towels - great colour.

I love the colour, and it is true to the picture on the website. A dark olive/khaki. The towels are a good size for me. They dry well, even after just one wash. They don't have that initial annoying fluff that new towels sometimes have, which I'm grateful for. The edges of the bathmat slightly tighten after washing (cold wash) and this means it doesn't lay perfectly flat on the floor, which is only an issue for me because the door swings over it. I pulled them straight when I hung them on the line initially.
