Just received the product, its looks good and high quality. We'll see if it'll last long.

Perfect size for our requirements in the outdoor kitchen. Easy to connect and operate. Wife is very pleased but yet to give it a good run.

Goods arrived looking 2nd hand!

The box was badly damaged and bashed around - doubt this is safe given it is a gas appliance! There are stickers and writing all over the box too. The item was intended as a gift for someone, though it is clearly not suitable for this purpose given the manner in which it was delivered. This same week I received goods from Amazon -who put items inside their own brown boxes - so that any damage or wear during delivery does not affect the box inside! I suggest that you guys at Kogan do the same to improve the customer experience (and Amazon delivery is free while I paid for Kogan delivery). Very disappointed in my first Kogan experience
