My dogs had this chewed and the rope out within a few minutes. They played with the chewed up outside for a while.Disappointed in this product.

I was elated to find this tug-of-war toy again online through mypetwarehouse, as no local pet stores kept it anymore.My staffy absolutely loves it and it's durable. Our prebious one lasted 2 years with chewing & tugging.Our furbaby loves it because we can play with him holding the other handle which has great grip.

This was alright for playing tug briefly but then my puppy was alone with it for 5 mins and chewed through the outer covering with ease, releasing yellow dye everywhere so had to throw it away 10 mins after we got it. Not impressed.

The best toy I have found to play tug with Casper (chocolate Labrador), who can & will destroy all in his wake.
This was a HUGE hit from the moment we pulled it out of the box. Our dogs (10 year old stumpy tail heeler and 17 week old stumpy tail heeler) play with it together and each on their own. It's super sturdy and has stood up against a teething pup!
Bought this for our staffy who is a strong chewer. Within 40 minutes he has chewed through one of the loops and chewed out all the nylon rope inside. This is absurd for something labeled as "durable". Stick to rubber toys like Kong if you want durability.!
Our Cattle Dog Cross ripped into this within 10 minutes, the bend seems to be the weak spot. Wouldn't recommend for power chewers/tearers.
A good thick rope surrounded by firehose, allows for rough play for bigger dogs. I have been able to leave this toy with my dog unsupervised, and while he has attempted to chew he has done only minimal damage with no impact to the toys purpose. This obviously won’t be the same for every dog, but if your dog is rough but doesn’t seek to destroy this will be a perfect toy.
My 20kg dog loves playing with this tug toy. The material is made from firehose and is extremely durable and has a nice mouth feel (probably not suited for puppy teeth tho)
I bought this last week and it was destroyed in 3 days by my dachshund. Even the dye from the outer casing has gone all over his blanket. Lucky it was not on the carpet.
