Easy to order, super easy to process payment & item was dispatched very quickly. This weekend I had time to take the tarp out & set it up over my cat run extension, so it provides both a waterproof cover & shade. Now I may need a larger one to protect the roof of the aging original cat run too.Being Melbourne, it’s currently being water tested by Mother Nature, so the tarp will be properly sealed when the cats go back outdoors. My only criticism would be that more eyelets would be good down the long side.

Just proved its worth over the past 5 days of horrendous nonstop heavy rain and dangerously high winds. I had forgotten I had it and as the rains and wind started, I got it out and my first reaction was wow its big and heavy. Threw it over the outdoor furnishings and cushions etc and tied it down. 5 days later everything as good as new. This tarp folds up well and is light enough to carry around but very durable material. By the way got it for a discount with one of the regular Brian and Kayelene sales.

Last July we packed our swag and gear and headed bush for a month - outback NSW and Queensland . First camp on a remote outback road we pulled up at sundown , later than usual and set up camp . I rolled out the swag , a dome type , no end struts ! The swag was useless , time to improvise - I remembered the new canvas tarp I’d packed “ in case it came in handy” ! Removing the swag mattress we made up a traditional bush swag . Now my wife doesn’t want to sleep in anything else. They are seriously waterproof , yet soft against your body , beautiful quality ! I heartily recommend this product . Regards Ernest

The best value purchase of my year so far & I plan to buy more. The company is easy & quick to deal with. The product is excellent quality and reasonably priced. Shipping was quick. I will NEVER buy another "extra strong heavy duty" plastic tarp again!!! These canvas tarps come in great size options, look more aesthetically pleasing and don't disintegrate into weathered plastic strip's and particles. I bought this one to cover an outdoor seating area and it keeps the rain and sun out while holding it's shape and colour. Highly recommend
Purchased my first Canvas Tarp (6x8’) from theses guys a month ago to use on my trailer and I’m extremely impressed with the quality, rigidity and all round finish. So happy that I’ve just placed an order for my second Tarp to carry with my Caravan. I’m in my 60’s and these Tarps remind me of the “good old days” just as good if not better and in a very affordable price bracketRegardsRichard
I recently purchased 3 canvas tarps in various sizes & WOW… I was incredibly impressed by the quality. These tarps are equivalent to the old heavy duty canvas’s my Dad had 50yrs ago.I will definitely be stocking up for Christmas gifts. You simply can’t go wrong for the price, quality, versatility. An all round heirloom product.Thank you Aussie Gardenerfor creating a fairdunkum quality product.
I'm a landscaper and bought a small and a large one of these tarps and they've been great. You can tell they're quality by the strength of the fabric. I've used them for managing mess in sensitive spaces, keeping rain out of a planter boxes during repairs and for piling up materials on as part of jobs. They're also good looking tarps! Beat the snot out of the plastic junk you get at Hammerbarn.
Great to receive exactly what you want…and my new Aussie Gardener tarp is exactly that. I needed a cover for my old tinnie because the existing cover was very brittle and no longer waterproof. Unable to afford a purpose made cover at nearly $800, i looked at the 10 x12 Aussie Gardener tarp and thought ”I wonder?”So I ordered one and a few days later it arrived and soon after so did the rain. The tarp did exactly what I wanted and has continued to protect my open tinnie from water damage to its interior floors and equipment through recent torrential rain.Like water from a duck’s back, even the heaviest rain has failed to penetrated the tarp. And every time I fold it up to use or work on the boat - it brings back memories of childhood camps under real (not plastic) ... MoreGreat to receive exactly what you want…and my new Aussie Gardener tarp is exactly that. It’s a great product.
Showing my age, but REAL canvas tarps remind me of my childhood when Dad had some. When I recently bought myself a new bicycle I was looking at covers but ultimately chose another Aussie Gardener tarp, rather than a piece of nylon, or the like, that I would be turfing into landfill and replacing probably annually. Originally I was telling myself they were still a bit more than I wanted to spend but really? These will outlast multiple 'artificial' covers/tarps and Aussie Gardener's are very reasonably priced
These tarps are the best we have found. We use them all the time here on the Southern Highlands Koala Sanctuary. So so much better than the plastic alternatives. I'm buying more of them because the other family members keep requisitioning them for their trailers and the back of their utes, and to go camping. I keep the small one in the boot of the car and it comes in handy and they look good too. I like the tan ones because then I know they are mine!
