We do not get enough vitamin D from sunlight in this country so this also helps our bones. I don’t get so many aches in my joints since taking these. Very good. Vitamin D3 has boosted my immunity to colds and flu. I learned about the benefits of Vitamin D3 from doctors’ and scientists’ Online lectures during Lockdown. So, since I am sensitive to supplements with certain additives and preservatives, the nutritionist recommended Biocare. And I’m happy with the results of taking it.

I’ve been taking this product for a long time now. It was recommended by my daughter when I mention that I was suffering with very low vitamin D. This product has really helped to resolve the issue and I continue to take it on a daily basis. It doesn’t cause any adverse reactions and I would highly recommend it.
I've only just started using these so can't speak to efficacy, always a problem in prophylactic treatment anyway. But I'm sure they have inside what Biocare say they do, and the little capsule is easy to swallow.
