She has slightly wider foot. Will defend purchase more from this company. Was a bit disappointed not made in Australia. But, excellent quality. Warm and Comfy. Great Fit. I think the leather and wool from Oz? Not 100% sure. Packaging Excellent and Shoe Box Excellent. They are a slip on Slipper, handy for popping on after a Shower or straight out of bed. Not for walking around outside far. Excellent sole for outside,but,being a slip on best get short boots or enclosed slippers if intending to walk outside.

I love uggs, and have had a few pairs over the years... but I'm quite disappointed in this last pair. The wool is not as soft as usual, it's a bit wirey which incould live with, but it SHEDS!! The wool is coming off in gobs onto my socks, and I'm finding balled up bits of wool all over the house...😞😞 not the usual standard if quality from ugg. And in don't want to return negate shipping from nz is very pricey.
I bought these as a xmas present for my teenage daughter.Apparently it was her favourite present!!!She has hardly taken them off since. True to size, oh so comfy and colour was as expected. Quality product and would highly recommend to others.

My new slippers have so far been a great addition to the wardrobe. They are comfortable, warm and easy to get on and off. They have a great thick sole so appropriate for putting clothes on the line during these cold winter mornings. Sizing is accurate, I went my usual size.
These ugg slippers are fabulous! I was nervous after ordering them cos I hadn’t received a confirmation email and then I read all these emails about scams, I even went as far to contact my bank. But the company got back to me within a day with a tracking number and when they arrived which was within a week I was actually surprised at how beautiful and good quality the ugg slippers were! I think the company just needs better comms but the product was perfect
