Automatic 4 Tray Pet Feeder

Worked well, happy with the product.

I had to leave my cat at home without having someone to feed her for a long weekend and this was a saviour! Worked perfectly my cat ate all her food every day. I got to record a little message for her to hear and I am so happy with how this worked. Easy to assemble and set 100% recommend.

Seems a complete waste of money. Can't seem to assemble it and it appears cheap and fragile.

Decided to go with this one after most review websites recommended it in their 'top automatic feeders' list. It has a all the bells and whistles, more than I personally use or need but all the key function's work great- Detachable, super easy to clean- Ice bag keeps wet food fresh. This is nice as I'd always settled on feeding dry food for dinner while we were away, putting some ice to keep wet food is a nice plus- Bit of effort to setup initially but instruction manual is pretty clear- You can prerecord a message to your pet .. seems like a bit of a gimmick, though to be a fair I have a cat, a dog might be more appreciate of hearing their owner's voice- Store's water too!Pretty pleased all round

Complete waste of money. On the first use both our dogs worked out very quickly how to dismantle the entire feeder as they could smell the food in it. It may work for a cat or a very docile dog but if your dogs got half a brain they will certainly destroy this quickly. Disappointing as I was really hoping it would work.

This is a really great product. Simple to use and set up. The only (minor) issues are that you can only set the timer from when you turn it on (ie: if you want your animal feed 12 hourly, you need to remember to turn it on 12 hours before the next feed. You can't just switch it on and skip a few hours to start it.)Also, the ice section is a small part on top of the tray. It only holds a small ice block about the size of a snack size ziplock bag. It seemed to be okay for 36 hours... although I would be worried about leaving wet food for too long in it in this heat (40 deg +).If you are aware of these things, it is not a problem. Still a great product.

Good feeder

I only use this when I won't be home, its a good feeder for my piggy cats that will eat everything that's out already. I do prefer the microchip feeder for my other cats so I can see who is eating what. Would be better if it could read microchips, so I know who ate what and how much. Would pay more for something like that. Sometimes on the first turn the lid gets stuck, I fixed it by not having it fully latched.

Not fit for purpose

The fact that you can't program according to a clock but must set it exactly 8, 12 or 24 hours before feeding makes it impossible to use. I need something I can set to open at exactly 5am and 5pm every day without needing to be home and awake at one of those times every two days.

Not worth it - there are other better feeders!

The product is very bulky but does seem flimsy and is difficult to set up with food. The thing I dislike most about it is that it sets a single time interval (8, 12, 24 hours) for all compartments at the time you set it. Eg - if you want it to feed at 6am each day, you need to set it at 6am.
