When my old cleaner started to fall to pieces even after numerous repairs i started searching the internet for a replacement.Due to the low price of this cleaner compared to similar well known brand i was sceptical that it would work I decided to take the chance and figured at at worst i would have 10 replacement hoses .Was in part prompted by the fact that it works on the same principal as my previous unit and uses the same rubber diaphragm which is available as a generic part. What a surprise it works as good if not better than my old cleaner which now sells for some 3 hundred dollars more. The old story of trading on a brand name and demanding silly prices for a unit that would cost very little out of China

Seems to work ok until it gets to the opposite end of the pool then gets stuck until you move it. Price and quality is good just a shame you have to keep moving it to get the job done. Sorry but thats how it is.
The good: It works, the membrane is not bad The bad: * It has preferred paths, it is not random enough, so some parts of your pool will be visibly cleaner then others * Quite often it gets stuck on the steps * Quality is poor, my floater broke after 13 months (out of warranty, of course...), and without it it is even less random and gets stuck even more I had a Zodiac before it, which did a much better job except that it was very fussy about the membranes - had to be very soft ant got ripped quite often, and hose bits would bend. Time to try something else again.
Very efficient and quiet. The instructions were all in pictures, there are some pictures I haven't a clue what they are showing.
Incredibly happy with this purchase. Works very effectively. Much better than the system our house came with. Highly recommend
Arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and install. Works really well but struggles most of the time when hitting the pool steps as it gets stuck. But good value for the money.
a 15ft bestway steel frame pool is not suitable for it I have one and I had to buy more parts to make it fit like a 3 way adapter for the the pool hose and and also a 800gph pump isn't suitable for it only 1500 gph or 1200gph if they make any,
I ordered a pool vacuum around 4 months ago. I never received the product and I was told that this item is out of stock. I don't know how my order was confirmed when there was not any in stock and then I asked for refund. But, now after multiple follow up emails , it is not refunded yet and they don't answer any emails or call. Really disappointing....
