Bought 2 of these mugs 3 months ago. I like that they completely come apart for cleaning, but they don't hold the heat for anywhere near as long as the label said. If you're going to drink your drink within an hour & you make it very very hot to start with then they're ok.

I take the Avanti coffee cup with me to reduce disposable takeaway coffee cup usage at the coffee shop. It keeps the liquid hot, with the insulated walls staying cool to the touch and is comfortable to use, having a rim that is of a normal cup thickness. Only precaution, is don't have your cup filled to the brim, have them leave a gap to avoid spillage over the rim when the lid is put on. My kids have both admired my cup, so I will be buying more, for sure!

These cups are brilliant. The drink stays really hot for several hours and they’re nice to drink from. I love the colours and they’re the nicest looking cups I’ve found.It took me a while to work out how to clean the inside of the lid but it’s simple when you know how.I find the little plastic plug on the top of the cap and the bit bigger one on the underside keep falling out which is a little frustrating but aside from that, I absolutely love these cups

Works well, high quality .I note some negative reviews of it spilling while trying to drink , and it happened to me in the car, but it turned out to be My own fault fitting the cap without being correctly level. It felt tight and looked ok but can not seal if not fitted correctly.So advise be fussy when putting it together.
My work requested hampers for Xmas this year.... and we decided to do our own 'with love.'WOW..... PPL were awesome - we ordered lots of Go Cups with personalised names. These were received and packaged carefully. However we needed more urgently, and without missing a beat PPL were able to supply.The products and labels are just great. The staff were super helpful and friendly and without any fuss.Totally recommend and thanks so much PPL !
Got to completely dissasemble after every use to clean as coffee gets in between seal, spring and lid assembly.Spent more time cleaning it than I did drinking out of it.Threw it in the bin, a complete waste of $30
This is a very nice travel mug and leakproof but it doesn't keep drinks hot longer than 3/4 of an hour. I tried heating the mug before filling and that only added another 10 minutes of heat time.
I bought this cup a month ago - it was on special. It’s very fiddly to assemble and good luck with keeping all the parts together. Not worth the money even on sale. Very disappointing.
The cup has great aesthetics but that is about it. The lid system is really annoying and the small hole to deliver the coffee not a fantastic experience. The lid system is in separate pieces to clean, including a spring??? I do not understand the benefits of the extra work. It also does not line up properly after cleaning which means that you cannot always drink the coffee without taking off the lid. I bought this to drink coffee on my way to work in the car so I prefer the lid on! It also does not keep the coffee hot for very long.
Simply love this product, bought another as spare as missed it when i left it in the office. Perfect capacity, fits car cup holder perfectly. Very 'water' tight, doesn't leak. Great keeping hot but not too hot for too long.
