The cooler itself is great. I bought it because I was told it would work with the water filter system I already had. It doesn't so I was disappointed about that but the hot water is really hot and the cold is nice and cold.

Blue indicator lite stays on. The cold water never reaches the cold temp that its suppose to in order for it to shut off. Water is ALWAYS room temperature. I called the company and they said that usually happens in about 6 months not usually right out of the box. The Company knows this is an issue and they make you jump through hoops to return it ONLY for an exchange. I will never buy another Avanti product.
The reason for this purchase was to replace the last Avanti Hot and Cold water dispenser that had lasted for over 14 years, 3 Children with lots of use. It's still going strong, I gave it to my Grandson. It is a very well built dispenser and I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product, you will not regret it.
Avanti Hot and Cold Water Dispenser. Hot works which is something that we might use once in a while. Cold, unfortunately, is NOT. We've reset and it works for a minute, then back to lukewarm. Not the best. Will be looking to get a replacement. But, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression.
It is quite efficient, and we like it so far.
Would recommend. Time will tell about durability.
