I find mine runs along between 1.5 and 2.5GHz most of the time. The graphics is handled by Intel's UHD suite with 32 execution units. In English this means that with more memory available (8GB instead of the stock 4GB) you will see the little machine capable of modern Indie games as well as older releases like the original Halo, Max Payne, Mafia and Fallout 3. More modern games will require some heavy sacrifices in order to run acceptably, usually "Low" settings across the board and a reduced resolution or render scale. On the topic of the screen it is clean and sharp and has enough brightness to use indoors in well lit areas, however does struggle in full outdoor sunlight as many devices tend to. This item should not be titled "heavy duty". Mine broke at the edge of the base on one side whilst mashing a small amount of potatoes. This happened within a month of purchase and less than 6 times used.
I bought this like a month ago and I dread turning it on to use it. Takes forever to load anything, if it ever loads anything. Click on something to get into it and it just never gets into it. If it does, it’s usually 5 minutes later. But rarely actually gets into what I click on. Not sure how items like this are allowed to be sold. Computers in the 80s weren’t this slow. It’s now 2023. I have a 12 year old Toshiba which runs faster than this one.
Pretty nice, works well. I needed for my general documentation.
