Aveeno Dermexa Wash is thick and soothing, fragrance free and feels calming on the skin. It was a good gentle wash option for the sensitive skin of my children and myself. An added benefit was that both my kids happily used it with none of their usual complaints about fragrance being too strong or “yucky”! We will use this again.

This body wash is amazing on my little ones skin. She often breaks out in excema spots here and there. Since using this one her every few days, this has completely improved her skin. No rashes.

With a light oatmeal fragrance, you almost feel like you are rubbing breakfast onto your body, but it seems right and healthy and works a treat too. Smooth body wash that leaves your skin feeling moisturised. Previously dry skin is much better after use and the itchiness is gone. Works exactly as expected.

While I was excited to try Aveeno Dermexa Wash on my sometimes sensitive skin, unfortunately it didn't hit the heights I was hoping it would. Fragrance is important and I found Aveeno Dermexa Wash to be lacking and even though I know fragrance can be an irritant, there was nothing about this smell that was enticing. The second main reason for a 3/5 star review is due to the products inability to lather on my skin which is important to me. My skin feels much the same after the trial.
On par with other moisturizing washes, but nothing above average. Personally I can't stand the fragrance, would have rathered it to be neutral. I won't be swapping from my usual product.
My skin is prone to dryness, I've never found a body wash that doesn't require me to moisturize-well after a bath or shower. When using the Aveeno Dermexa wash I found I didn't need to moisturize every time after a bath/shower, every second or third time was enough. Amazing! Being a mum, this saves SO much time (and I'm a bit of a no-time-Nancy anyway). Love this body wash, definitely recommend for those who have dry skin.
My sensitive skin loves this product. It's a go-to when I'm having a flare up. It would get five stars if it was more affordable.
The wash was amazing, it almost gave instant relief, after a couple days, I noticed a big difference in my skin. I wasn’t itchy anymore. The only negative for me was the lack of scent, but that isn’t a major factor when you’re having a skin flare up.
I was really hoping to like this Wash because I like the Aveeno brand, I really liked the Aveeno balm I also sampled with it and I do suffer from sensitive skin with areas of dry skin. While my skin did feel a little softer and my sensitive skin didn't react negatively to it, I unfortunately didn't notice a change in the dry patches on my legs, I thought the size of the bottle was too small (my regular wash is 400ml) and I didn't like that it contained sulfates. However, my main problem with the Aveeno Dermexa Wash was the smell. While I appreciate that it is un-fragranced, the scent was quite off putting and reminded me off sort of an oaty curdled milk. Purchased this about a month or two ago after having a little flare up, has been great, really soothing for dry itchy skin. Have repurchased a few times. Wish they had it in a bigger size though.
