I will say, even though it didn't do much as I thought it would (from advertised), for calming irritation, I still like it nonetheless..I would buy this again, but wish it had more healing/calming properties vs just adding moisture alone.

I've used this for less than a week and it's crazy the difference. Just this three-step routine has almost completely stopped my painful hives/rashes/reactive dermatitis on my face. They are pretty much full sizes in the kit as well, so they are a great value! My only complaint (and more of a preference) is that I wish the moisturizer was a bit heavier- but I have dry skin. The thermal water is so nourishing and such a lifesaver. I will be buying repeats of this and practically every other sensitive skin product that Avène has.

I went into my local ulta with qyestions regarding my makeup. I discussed with an associate that my makeup appeared to be "clumping" on certain areas on my face, within minutes of applying. After looking at my skin, she told me that I needed a new regimen that focused solely on rehydrating my skin. I also informed her that my skin is sensitive to certain products and chemicals and she suggested this kit. I have used it for 6 days and my skin has literally transformed into being smooth and soft to the touch! I will NEVER buy any other product!

If you have dry skin acne prone skin & feel like no matter what you try, you break out, get this & the peach slices acne patches. I have tried the kheils regular cleanser, kheils blue herbal cleanser, cerave, cetaphil, and a few other cleanser/moisturizer combinations and they all made my acne worse or did not help. This combo plus the peach slices acne patches are the first thing that has finally helped. Also reccomend the kheils under eye moisturizer, I use that with these 3 products and the patch's.
I have very sensitive skin and had been wanting to try Avene. The Avene Hypersensitive Starter Kit provided a great opportunity to try three different products. I'm so glad I did; I love them all! If you have sensitive skin, these are wonderful "skin calming" products!
I washed my face with a new cleanser and it dried my face completely out. I tried every moisturizer I could find. Nothing worked. I discovered this on the ULTA app and tried it. It was amazing! Peeled all my dead skin off, cooled any red spots on my face and is so moisturizing. Can't wait to buy the full size to continue using it!
I bought this to clear up an allergic detmatitus reaction that I had from another product. I planned to stop using it after my face healed, but I kept using it after because I like it so much. I hated the facial wash, but I loved the other 2 products. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it needs a tad bit more moisture. If I add 1-2 drops of squalane it fixes the moisturire problem, so it's really no big deal. If Avene added peptides to this product it would be one of the best face moisturizers I have ever used. I wish they will add peotides someday, Avene if you are reading this, lol. It has cleared up the eczema I have had on my face for years, that is the main reason I keep using it. I started laser hair removal on my face and got folliculitis everytime. It was so bad I had to use antibiotics for every session to lesson the reaction. This helped shorten my recovery time! It helped soothe the redness, burning, and irritation. There's no fragrance and a little goes a long way! I can't wait to try other products in this line.
I have been suffering from pregnancy related perioral dermatitis for well over a month now and had narrowed my skincare routine down to almost nothing to try to heal it. My skin was so dry, itchy, and red and making very slow progress overall. I bought this out of desperation and used it one night and it was the first relief I have experienced in the whole time I've had it. The next morning, my face was so much better overall. In the following days it has continued to feel better and look better. I would highly recommend this line of products.
