Avent Natural 2.0 Bottle - 260ml/9oz

My son has used these bottles since he was a baby and we love them. I would put my breastmilk in them for feeds so my husband could help at night. When we switched to cows milk at one we still used them. I bought larger ones as he got older and he still prefers these over any other cup, sippy cup, water bottle. He even likes drinking his water out of these bottles. We’ve replaced the nipples on them as he’s gotten older as the ones that come with the bottles are for babies and much slower flow, you can buy nipples for 6 months + that are a faster flow. I would recommend Philips avent bottles to any parent of a newborn to toddler! These have been our favourite bottles to use for the past 2 years with our son.

Let me just start out by saying before they changed the nipple style, these bottles were amazing!!! My daughter absolutely loved them (the old style), but sadly we had to switch brands. After they switched the nipple flow, my daughter wouldn’t not use these anymore. The flow in the new nipples are just way too slow and babies have to work way too hard to get the milk. I had a size 4 nipple on my babies bottle and she still couldn’t get much milk out. I used the old style size 2 and it was perfect for her. I used it as long as I could, but when she needed the next size nipple- I was forced to switch because I couldn’t find the old style nipples anywhere to purchase. PLEASE bring back the old style!!!

These bottles, unfortunately, are the WORST! I bought them originally because they're glass, and have a wide latch nipple which I thought was preferred for breastfed babies. My son had an awful time trying to latch onto these, and the flow is SO INCREDIBLY SLOW that he just tired himself out trying to use them. He didn't get even a speck of liquid out of th ebottle. I did try compressing the nipple myself with my fingers, and it still didn't flow. We switched to something else immediately.

Philips Avent Anti colic Baby Bottles My little ones love to feed themselves and the Philips Avent Anti-colic Baby Bottles make it easier for them. As they bring the bottle up and down and wave it all around the anti-anti-colic nipples definitely helps to keep the milk in the nipple and keep the air out. I have definitely seen a lot less spitting up once we started using this bottle. I love that fact that there are only three pieces to clean! Okay so we used this with both of our babies. I definitely prefer them over the regular avent bottles!! because they are easier to clean and just seem to have a better nipple shape. No gas issues as long as the nipple sizing is correct. The sizing of the nipples is a bit confusing, especially when you’re buying a newborn set and get the wrong nipple size (a size 3+ instead of a 0+.. very annoying) I will say for newborns dr browns bottles are amazing. They are a pain to clean but help to avoid gas, and I never had an issue with nipple confusion (with either bottles) when going from breast to bottle. This is a great pack for new parents or parents that love these bottles and want to quickly add more bottles to their stock. My 11 month old son loves these bottles. They're so easy for him to drink out of and he's even starting to "help" hold the bottles. Just be aware of your individual child's needs when it comes to the size flow nipples. The bottle brush just so you know is much larger than I thought it was but it really helps to clean out the bottles quickly. I also love the blue storage travel container for the formula powder. We bring it with us whenever we go out. It makes it so much easier to carry 3 meal servings with us at a time. Fits great in the diaper bag. My baby’s first bottles, no regrets!

I purchased Philip’s Avent 4oz. bottles when my baby was just a newborn. My whole life, everyone around me has always used these bottles for their babies. We’re talking cousins, nieces, and even many babies at my church have used these bottles. So when I started using these bottles for my baby just a few months ago, I was impressed. My baby received a Soothie pacifier from the hospital when she was born and it’s the only pacifier she will take. So these bottles were a must when it came to feeding time.To make it even better, the parts are easy to put together and take apart, which is crucial because I’m constantly cleaning bottles. They’re also super easy to clean. Everything comes apart easily with just four pieces (the cap, nipple, neck, and bottle). Practical but perhaps not unique

I am a mom of two young children who both began taking bottles fairly early on, drinking both formula and breast milk. As a result I have tried out my fair share of bottles and feel that I have plenty of experience to draw from when reviewing this Philips Avent Natural bottle set, which I received from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I will start by saying that these are the special edition, which have an adorable panda and heart on a dainty pink background, which is a nice touch. The shape is awesome; the ergonomic design allows for an easy grip for both mom and baby. This bottle also only has three pieces (four if you include the lid), making it a breeze to easily and quickly disassemble, clean, and reassemble and gives me a peace of mind that I am not growing mold in any hard to reach contraptions. Having said all of this, I had high hopes, but my baby does not personally care much for this new bottle because of the nipple. The nipple makes claims to be comfortable, soft, and feel like a real breast, which I would say is helpful, but not unique. The unique part is the "flexible spiral design", which it says allows for a more natural feed without nipple collapse. I can't speak to it being more natural because I'm not sure how the nipple accomplishes this, but I can say that I had several problems with nipple collapse from the first feed. It also claims to have "unique anti-colic airflex vent technology", which is of course meant to reduce colic and tummy troubles and something that it seems every bottle now strives to have even if in a different design. I can confidently say that after switching to this bottle we actually had more tummy problems (not severe, but noticeable). Finally, the nipple I was sent was the 1m+ which is third in the line of six sizes. My baby is 5 months, but the moment I tip the bottle the milk comes streaming out at a fast pace and baby struggles greatly and there is a lot of stopping and trying again, making for a frustrating feeding experience for both of us. Despite all of this I gave this bottle three stars because there are pros, it eventually gets the job done, and I always try to remember that every baby is different.
