This is the only Azelaic Acid 20% that is actually fungal acne safe, BUT it pills la lot, when I put it on it was pilling and when I was doing my evening routine & oil cleaning it was also pilling and forming little balls. I think I’ll have to just use this for short-contact therapy (as a face mask) then buy azelaic acid serum for daily use. (oh yeah this also itches a little, but that’s usual for Azelaic acid when your skin is getting used to it). I honestly think the people that make this don’t bother to make it cosmetically elegant because it’s often given as prescription & the person has no other option but to buy. If it works for me as a face mask then I will repurchase, otherwise I won’t repurchase because of how it pills, reminds me of pilling dried glue.

Overall, Azclear is good but am not super impressed. Its supposed to be oil-free formulation but does pill over my water based serum. So I dont understand that. Also, the quantity is too little for the price. However, I like the concentration and it does not irritate my skin. I have been seeing some improvements in my skin with its use, so will continue using it. It would be great if the company takes this feedback and makes it completely oil-free.

I've recently been experiencing closed comedones all over my forehead, cheeks and chin for about 3 months after using an awful soap that gets high reviews and nothing has helped. I went back to Azclear and after 3 days, my face is on the way to being clear again!I think for big, nasty pimples, it will take some time to see results but Azclear honestly is you best option if you have patience. For whiteheads and "mistakes your skin quickly lets you know about", this stuff works instantly!

This products is perfect for acne, pimples and black heads. I find when i break out that my pimples can tend to be invisible thus them resulting in being painful as, i applied the Azclear Medicated Lotion the night before and i woke up and my pimple stayed invisible but the pain was gone. i highly recommend this product as it attacks the bacteria inside the pimple instead of drawing the puss from the skin and then the temptation of popping it and it getting infected it also allows to kill off the pimple gently without the problem of chemically burning your skin. Will definitely be buying it again
I was very pleased with the quality of Azclear. I've formerly used Azalex, which is what's available in the USA. Azclear has a smoother and less sticky texture than Azalex. Azclear is also much less expensive, so this is a double win for me. Shipping was quick, with timely tracking info provided to me.
Got this after people online recommending this as I've been struggling with break outs and cloaed comedomes. I have oily skin prone to break outs. Its really helped!!! My closed comedomes have been going away slowly but surely and its been helping dry out my other breakouts. Its a gentle product that isnt too harsh and drying so thays great for those who need to be careful. I’ve been using the Azlear lotion for several months now, along with the same brand foaming cleanser and I’m impressed with both products. Previously I have used a medically prescribed antibiotic gel for rosacea-related skin breakouts but find the azaleic acid lotion is more effective. Also relieved I no longer have to use an antibiotic preparation.
This product is amazing!! First time trying Azelaic acid and I was honestly stunned. It improved my redness and congestion within the first week!I had heaps of clear bumps, whiteheads, blackheads, acne scarring, facial redness (especially cheeks & nose) and I was still getting a new pimple everyday it seemed.Once I started this product, I barely get new breakouts!! And when I do, I apply the Azelaic acid and it’s literally gone overnight/ during the day.It can be used day or night!
