My little one loves the handles, but cant work out how to drink from it. Even I tried and can't figure it out. Watched their how to use video but just can't work it out. Much prefer the solid spout and sippy straw bottles

Please see photos - The sip part keeps getting dirty with what appears to be like black mould. Food from kids mouth while drinking gets stuck in there. And this is difficult to clean. Not recommended. We bought two as for both our kids to enjoy. Sadly, we will throw these away.

My baby can’t drink out of it because it keeps closing every time he picks it up. The cup handle twists up and closes due to the weight of the water in the cup. My friend had the exact same experience so we realised it’s a faulty design.

Initially they are a fantastic cup, however the handle doesn’t stay down, so my toddler gets frustrated- and I don’t really need another reason for tantrums. I bought 4 of these cups and 2/4 are already doing this only used a couple of times.
I like the idea of the cup but it it doesn't work in real life. It's actually a bit hazardous. When unlocked the handles don't remain in place so when baby drinks they move the handles resulting in the cup moving towards the locked position. My Baby got his lips caught which resulted in tears. I've now removed the handles and we are using it as a normal cup. I wouldn't recommend this product. It has design flaws.
Too difficult for child to remember to twist shut so leaks all the time. Spills everywhere if dropped due to soft outer lip compressing on impact. Impossible to clean in the little holes, even with b.box brush set, so prone to mould
We had a similar bottle (different brand) for our first, which worked really well. While I like the locking system, I find that this one is not as easy to use and a bit more difficult hold (for my 7 month old). And it does get a lot of back wash, which we didn’t have an issue with the other brand. Will continue to use it but, if the need arises, I won’t be replacing it with the same bottle.
Love the concept, design could be improved a lot. Normally quite like B box products too. It has leaked before in the bag which was frustrating, even though it was fully closed. The handle part sometimes tends to drop down as well, which means toddler can't get any water out.
Like the idea of 11mo not always using a bottle with straw, for more natural drinking and mouth development etc. the handle part sometimes clicks out of place and falls off, would be better if it didn’t do this. Like how the silicon bit comes off for thorough cleaning.
I really wanted to like this as I've loved all other BBox products but this is useless. It's been difficult for my son to drink from and I feel it's teaching him to chew cups as he has to apply pressure with his lower jaw (and teeth because it doesn't teach them to tuck their bottom lip under) to get any liquid out. It is the worst cup we've used (and we've tried a LOT with our children). It also leaks even when supposedly locked shut, and it's clunky to put together and fill. I contacted Bbox as to me the cup is useless however they wouldn't refund or exchange it as it 'isn't faulty'. They sent me a link to a video to teach me how to use it but I had already followed the steps. This is honestly the worst baby product I've ever purchased. Very disappointed.
