I thought I would need to transition slowly to baby using this but she worked it out first go! Was worried as she was never keen on a bottle so thought she wouldn’t be able to suck correctly. We just started solids and this has been great. She can hold the handles and I can see how much she is getting which is reassuring.

Brilliant cup. I love it does not leak whenever my little one throws it ! Cleaning is also easy, as the straw can come off the lid and even the silicon of the lid can come out for a good clean. Also have the straw cleaning brush which helps! It is a favourite of mine, I have bought a few - one in every room and one in my bag. My 9month old has learnt how to drink from the straw so quickly! And I am so happy she is drinking water from this sippy cup. Great version.

Great for my 21-month-old son. He loves carrying it around and often asks for his purple bottle. We chose this bottle as he’s not able to tip water everywhere when he feels like it. The ‘drink from any angle’ design works pretty well, aside from when he’s drinking from it nearly horizontally. Handles are easy to use, and so is the lid (which he can open and close himself). He also he loves the colour (purple). The straw is hard to clean, so will probably need to get the specific cleaning brush separately.

Great first cup as it’s spill proof and very easy to drink through. All the bits come a part but is still a little finicky to clean as my partner always seems to miss food trapped in the lid etcLove the range or colours and have since purchased a second!
We were gifted one when bub was little and i didn't really look twice at it - but it's definitely been a must have for us!! So handy and we now own a bunch of them! So handy for around the house, going out and daycare! Best part is no leaks (despite bubs near effort to get the liquid out when he shouldn't!!). The only downside is I've heard of babies chatting the straw or valve off, but we haven't had this issue and despite buying replacement straws, we haven't needed to use them (except when in a rush, rather than trying to wash the straw quickly!)
Love these cups, have been using them for years. Clever weighted straw. Don't spill. 9 month olds can use by themselves. We've been using them recently with our twins and with only water inside but the straws are all stained orange from the food which must be in their mouth when they drink at meal times. Not so easy to clean. But imagine most straws would have the same issue. Think you can buy straws separately though. Overall, pretty great cup.
Holds a good volume. Very easy for a young baby to use with the handles and weighted straw. Only criticism is that it's a bit tricky to clean as the straw (and parts) are so thin/small. I'd hoped we could use it for milk but I'm not confident we could clean/steralise it sufficiently
This bottle made my bub interested in drinking water and I'm really satisfied with the change. I've seen the original version with thinner straw and it seemed such a feat trying to drink those water. With these, they are easy enough to sip with minimal effort. One thing that got on me was the ring though. It's there to stop leakage, but you need to make sure the ring is in its proper place first. There were several occasions that I was in a hurry and didn't notice that the ring had fallen out, and the backseat was drenched. Not the best thing in winter! But otherwise, it's a really good product and I'm really glad it got my girl excited and happy with drinking water :)
I actually returned this particular cup and ordered the ones that are appropriate for 12m+ (without the straw). However my daughter was previously using these cups after having transitioned from the bottle. She loved them. They are great. The weight means they can lay down and drink. They are great quality and long lasting. I feel that they could be more affordable and it would be great if they were available in supermarkets.
I tried a couple of regular, supermarket drink bottles with my son when starting on solids. They did not do the trick, especially as Bub couldn’t easily tip his head back to drink when sitting in his Bumbo chair. The b.box soppy cup was recommended by a friend and my baby loves it! So easy to drink from, easy to clean and a good size.
