Is there a way to stop this from collapsing? I know it's designed to collapse for travel but there doesn't seem to be any way to lock it so it doesn't just collapse when you put it down. It would be nice if it were a couple inches deeper because then I could use it like a Moses basket for a bit longer. Otherwise it fits well on the stroller is very light and makes for a nice transport option off the stroller.

Great pram. I love that my baby can lie flat all the time! We bought the anniversary edition color which has such a sharp look. The pram hooks on and off very easily (we have a City Mini GT). I also like the small piece of the pram cover that you can snap to stand or lie flat in order to block your baby from the elements or just to ensure more coverage. Only thing that bothers me a tad (still no regrets on this purchase though!) is that the cloth that covers the baby shifts too often. It's attached with velcro but I feel that it moves a bit too much. Other that that, it's really great! Worth the buy. Thank you!!

I ONLY take off a star because IMO it is overpriced. I was really hesitant to buy something so expensive that would only last us a few months however this has exceeded our expectations! I love that the handle is built into the shade on top so you can easily carry it around and set baby down other places. It is super easy to install and all of the fabrics feel really nice (the zipper that opens to a vent is so nice) and washed well (baby projectile vomited first use but everything survived the washing machine). It's also nice with the stroller because the stroller vents on the back so you can have baby shaded but with air flow. You can also recline the shade to various coverage or put it down entirely which then allows the stroller shade to cover the entire thing. A nice solution if, like me, your car seat doesn't have an adapter option. One potential issue though- it's ength is nice but it is very narrow which works because it keeps baby snug however our little guy is quite tall and thin and only 7 weeks so if you had a really chunky baby i am not sure how well they would fit or if they would fit for long.

I purchased this pram through Bed Bath and Beyond and have tried using it several times with my Summit double jogging stroller. My little one is 2 months old and we haven’t had a successful outing yet. He’s generally a very content baby, loves moving and being in his car seat but he screams bloody murder every time I try to put him in this pram. The pram itself seems well made but it lies completely flat and provides very little support for a newborn. I like my Summit double stroller but am wishing I had purchased the double BOB instead so that I could have used the car seat adapter and actually gotten some exercise these first few months. Baby Jogger really should have a car seat adapter for their double jogger, it’s a major drawback to not have this option. I like my Summit double stroller but am wishing I had purchased the double BOB instead so that I could have used the car seat adapter and actually gotten some exercise these first few months. Baby Jogger really should have a car seat adapter for their double jogger, it’s a major drawback to not have this option. I’m sure my boys will love riding in the stroller once my little one is old enough to sit in the seat, but the pram unfortunately was money I should have spent elsewhere.
Very happy with the ease of use, durability, and shade coverage. So great to put our 7 week old in a bassinet rather than car seat when we go for walks - it’s much better for baby ergonomically. The only downfall is how bumpy the ride can be when on gravel roads or grassy areas, but still worth it. I was hopeful to use this in addition to the car seat or chair, but it is too large, so that is disappointing. I saw photos of the other pram kit and it showed examples of using the pram and other seats which is why I thought this one could do the same. Still think this is well worth the money spent so baby doesn’t sit in a car seat - especially when we’ve used this for walking around at county fairs and other outdoor festivals for hours at a time.
We love this bassinet! It’s perfect for taking our 2mo baby out on long walks so they’re sleeping on a flat surface instead of in our car seat. The bed is spacious and soft. The shade is really big, and the mesh at the back is great for letting air in while keeping baby covered. The top cover is a great extra layer for warmth, to keep the sun out, or to keep baby dry if you’re unexpectedly caught in cooler weather. I just wish we had bought this sooner! Only criticism is that it seems like you can’t have the bassinet and a second chair on at the same time. If you want that, you need a second seat and the conversion kit instead. Not a big deal for us right now, but something to consider if you had 2+ kids.
I absolutely love that this gets my baby up and out of her carseat where she is safer flat on her back but also easier to pick up and lay back down constantly! I hope these pictures are helpful to you since it was hard for me to find reviews and pictures! We also use it to sit out in the sun for jaundice and we just put the shade down so she get sun a few minutes and then put the shade back up. Outside is her favorite place to be so she napped well in the backyard in it when we were out there. I have only used the pram with my tiny baby so far but the stroller frame I used for twins before I got the pram for my new baby to nap in while we are out and about. Baby isn't here yet, so I haven't actually used the pram. It seems like nice, high quality and I look forward to strolling with baby in a safer position. However I am extremely disappointed that the adapters seem to have changed. In all my research about this pram vs. the pram kit for the city select lux, I chose this deluxe pram specifically because the adapters it comes with are supposed to be compatible with Britax car seats. The regular Britax adapters have been out of stock online EVERYWHERE. Turns out, the adapters on this pram ARE NOT compatible with the Britax car seat and now I have no idea where to get the right adapters!!! Why are they so impossible to find???? Why did Baby Jogger change what they included with this pram? Disappointed.
I purchased this product for my 3 month old to be used with our City Mini Double GT. We previously had a City Mini single stroller, which we loved, and used a car seat attachment during the newborn stage. However, Baby Jogger doesn't make an attachment for our car seat for the double stroller. After having invested hundreds of dollars in the double stroller, we were told that our old real option for our newborn was to buy the compact pram -- another $150. The pram itself is well made and easy to attach. However, all the marketing materials state that it will work for babies until they're 6 months, and I can't see how that's possible. Our baby, who is fairly thin, is 3 months and is already squished into the pram. I have bought by mistake a double pram instead of a single pram. The double pram was a suggested accessory for my stroller on the baby jogger web page. I didn’t notice the suggestion was wrong. I have returned the item without even unboxing it fully as I had noticed my mistake. It’s almost 1 month after returning the item and baby jogger didn’t credited it back to me!
