This is great when I catch myself in a bind with more than two kids. It's kind of gimmicky though. It's an uncomfortable ride for most bc the position with the handlebars makes it an awkward stand for the kids. It also makes it awkward to push the stroller as you'll have to avoid kicking it. It truly means the weight limit, so make sure you pay attention. It doesn't store well. The wheels need to be removed to fully collapse the stroller and when not in use, it constantly falls into the storage bin, stretching the elastic.

We love this riding board! I have the City Select Lux stroller and this works perfect for transporting my 3 kids wherever I go. My twins have ridden on the stroller in their carseats(cybex) and the stroller seats with my daughter on the glider board no problem. As long as the handle is extended there is no issues with her standing there. She has never fallen off even in bumpy terrain. The stroller folds fine while the board is attached as long as you fold the board up before the stroller. Having 6 month old twins and my daughter just turning 2 this board has been a lifesaver! Thank you Baby Jogger for making such a great flexible stroller!

Disappointing accessory to City Mini GT
23 April 2021

This accessory is supposed to be compatible with City-mini GT, and while it attaches just fine, it is super uncomfortable for both child and parent to use. I kick it with every step i take, and in fact have had to learn how to walk next to my stroller, instead of behind my stroller. My toddler has to lean back while riding the glider because the stroller's handle is right in his face, which makes for an uncomfortable ride for him and results in him hopping on and off the glider constantly. Not a good fit with this model of baby jogger strollers.

Disappointing design

We have been so delighted with our City Mini GT for more than 2 years. We recommend it to everyone and have loved how light, sturdy and versatile it is. So when our second baby came along, we jumped at the chance to adapt it for our toddler and infant using the glider board. I’m so disappointed to find that it really doesn’t work well with the mini GT at all. In order to make room for our 27 month-old’s head, the handlebar has to be flipped all the way up, which makes pushing the stroller uncomfortable. We also have to shorten our stride so that our feet don’t hit the board. Both of these issues might be resolved with a handlebar extension, but no such product is available. Anyway, it pains me to write a bad review because we live our city mini GT and all our other ... MoreWe have been so delighted with our City Mini GT for more than 2 years. Do not purchase this.

I wanted this to work so badly. I knew I was taking a chance purchasing it, but I gave it a chance because we didn’t want to buy a double stroller and our toddler is getting a little too big for a stroller anyway. The position of this Glider board is in the way of your walking, so you’ve got to spread your legs really wide so you don’t kick it or you have to take TINY steps while pushing the stroller. That is one problem. The other issue is that when your child stands on the glider board, there is nowhere for their head to go because the handle bar of the stroller is right where their head belongs. Due to this they have to hold on tight to the handle bar of the stroller and lean back a little which throws the stroller off balance. So now you are straddle leg walking ... MoreI wanted this to work so badly. So now you are straddle leg walking while struggling to maintain the balance of your stroller so your toddler doesn’t pull it down while they’re attempting to hold on for dear life because they are leaning back in order to not smack their head on the handle of the stroller. We have almost flipped the front of the stroller and baby up while trying to manage this. Not fun. Not easy. You definitely cannot enjoy your walk /jog/sightseeing while trying to manage all of this.

Easy to install. Hard to maneuvere.
5 October 2021

Our latest purchase latches well to our pram (Baby Jogger City Select Deluxe). The simple instructions make it easy too. Maneuvering our pram with a 3-year old standing on the board is still quite challenging. The board is especially unstable (even with such a big stroller as ours) or even dangerous going uphill or downhill. I would only recommend using it only on flat surfaces and when you are not in a hurry.https://gourmetcampers.blog/

Horrible design
26 August 2022

They clearly never actually tested this product out. There is nowhere for a kid to stand - their face is in the back of the stroller or in the handle bar. I had the board fully extended, and my kid stuck his head between the seat back and the handle bar bc nowhere else for his head to go, and even still he was arching his back and holding on for dear life. It throws off the balance of the stroller so it wants to tip over backwards (toward the handle bar), which is so incredibly unsafe. Absolutely unusable, useless. Really disappointing.

Love it with my Luxe!
6 May 2022

I love using this with my toddler on my city select luxe. I definitely would only recommend it if your stroller handles extend, or else your child may be leaning back into your space! My one complaint is that to fold up the city select luxe, I have to either remove the lock board or the seat… which makes it a pain, especially when flying and checking the stroller at the gate!

Not so amazing for me...
20 February 2017

I was really really excited to buy and try the glider board for some time for my city mini gt. I have an infant so the stroller was containing the car seat and my 2 year old had to walk and he tired easily. I bought the attachment thinking it would be easy and an inexpensive way to create a "double" or "sit and stand" stroller without having to pay tons of money. What I liked about it was the easy of attachment (baby jogger has always been about easy on/off attachments though..), wheels come on/off easily for storage, and the glider board in general seemed heavy duty enough to use for a long time. Things I didn't like: even at the farthest back setting, my 2 year old had to reach up to hold the handle bar which is tiring for him ( his chin was either hitting the ... MoreI was really really excited to buy and try the glider board for some time for my city mini gt. I also didn't like that the stroller now tipped back more easily. I wished there was an easier position for him to be at but there wasn't and I had to return the glider. There needs to be better a better place for toddlers to hold on to and more distance added to the extender for me to use this product for it's intended purpose comfortably.
