BabyBjorn Baby Carrier One Black Woven

This is a parent must have, especially for calming baby if you have a contact napper or if you need to get out for a walk that isn’t stroller accessible. It’s expensive, like $220CAD (+tax). It’s an investment, but will last a very long time and multiple kids. The quality is amazing and it’s very easy to use. Most importantly, it’s super comfortable for both parent and baby! I’m he padded straps are a dream and the way that baby’s weight is distributed through the carrier, it’s easy on your back and shoulders. These are made so well that they’re durable and last forever. If the price point is too high to purchase brand new, buy used!! There is a reason why this brand has been around for so long. It’s because they do baby gear really, really well.

Honestly use this almost every time we go out for outing! But it's especially useful for airport travel. I love how easy it is for me to travel alone with baby girl. I usually transfer her to the carrier as soon as I check in and go through security, aisles, etc. with the carrier! For baby comfort, she adores it. It took a while to get used to the frontfacing for her but she likes both now. There are straps for when they sleep so that their head doesn't just hang. The carrier is simple- when any of the fasteners show red, it's not safely put together. This made it A LOT less nervewrecking for me! I liked this black color because my husband occasionally wears her too, but there are plenty of great color options. 10/10 for this carrier!

A fantastic sling that was great from birth to the toddler stages! We found it really comfortable to wear both for short trips out or for longer walks. It did take us a bit of getting used to to understand how to adjust the straps and wear it comfortably but there’s several videos to help you and once we got the hang of it, it was easy to work out. My children were always happy and comfortable in the sling and it has the option for facing inwards or outwards. I always felt my baby/toddler was very secure in it and it was a very convenient way of travelling. It’s a great brand and one we would recommend.

BabyBjörn Carrier One - Black, Cotton Mix

I bought this carrier instead of the Ergobaby Omni 360 as I'd heard it was easier to put on and adjust between different users (my partner is a lot taller than me and I knew he'd be using the carrier too, especially as our baby girl gets older and heavier). So far I've really enjoyed using it. I can put the carrier on by myself when I am out and I find it easy to lift my baby in and quick to strap her up, which is a lifesaver when she's crying and I need to start waking. It does seem well made and although it is expensive I can see us getting a lot of use out of it over the months and years to come.

I am someone who goes and buys the same thing but from diffferent brands to compare and see what I like and dislike about them as I am a first time mom and want nothing but the best for my son. Let me tell you this baby carrier is amazing, the best one I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried and used many. It’s light weight, stylish, practical,reliable, breatheable, easy to use and super comfortable for baby and parent. The straps are adjustable there’s wonderful neck support for the baby and you know your baby is safe. The strap that goes around your waist hugs the hips nicely and disperses the weight evenly and so well that you can go for hours carrying your little bundle of joy. I bought the air one carrier it’s really lovely it’s made of cotton it’s a little heavier than the air mesh but both are great the air one is good for colder weather as it is solid, while the air one mesh is better for spring and summer as it allows a breeze through the material and keeps you cooler. I’ve been using it with a snow suit though! Ones all I need and gifted the other to a friend. When you first look at it it seems complicated and like there’s lots going on but you just put it over your shoulders fasten the hip belt and snap baby in! Just a reminder to unzip the front by the belt linebacker I put my baby in without realising and he started crying... I noticed his legs were spread apart really wide and I hadn’t unzipped it! So have them unzipped and zip up after they’re inside :) 5* highly recommend

Durable and great customer service

As a new mom, I was concerned about using a carrier for my baby. Concerned for my baby’s safety and for my back! I was pleasantly surprised when the carrier was not only safe and supportive, but also comfortable to wear. Three years later I found that the bottom clip had broken when I took it out after her sister was born. I wrote to the company because I could not figure out how to order a new clip. They sent me a new clip quickly and I’m now carrying her sister around in the same carrier. I’m so impressed with the product and the customer service that I recommend this carrier to everyone I know!

Functional and Ergonomic Carrier

I bought this carrier as a gift for my husband and we both love it! Makes contact naps for our newborn a breeze. You can easily size it to fit him and me; and the instructions for how to carry the baby properly are shown on a tag attached to the harness so you can always refer to them when needed!Will say it was a bit intimidating at first but once we used it a few times it’s very simple to put on and off.

I am a mum of two (6 months and 3 years) and carry my youngest daughter everyday. For the first couple of months I used a stretchy wrap. Although the BabyBjorn Carrier One is suitable from birth (3.5kg and above) I don't think a structured carrier offers the same support as a wrap but having said that for those wanting to use it from the start, not having to buy a separate newborn insert is a big positive.In addition to the BabyBjorn I also have a Connecta. The BabyBjorn is a great carrier particularly for those who are inexperienced with baby wearing as it's really easy to put on and get baby in. Once you're used to them, the clips are very secure and easy to use. It's a comfortable carrier with padded straps and waist band. Having said that it's very bulky. The position of the straps at the top on the BabyBjorn means that her arms are pinned out to the sides which is not ideal if she's sleeping. There are a number of different carrying positions. As of yet I've only carried her on my front facing me. We will back carry when she's older and although she's old enough to carry facing outwards (not an option with the Connecta) I do not feel that her hips are supported in this position and so it's not something I personally will be doing. I still carry my eldest daughter in my Connecta from time to time but by the time she was 3 she had already exceeded the maximum 15kg carrying weight of the BabyBjorn.Overall, the BabyBjorn is a practical yet stylish looking unisex carrier. It comes with a fairly hefty price tag but for that you get a well-made carrier that is easy to use and is comfortable for both baby and mum or dad (as my partner can vouch for).

Ultimate carrier

I absolutely love this carrier. It's the only one that has held my newborn in a good position and she still has plenty of room to grow with it since it's adjustable to their size. The material is so soft, the top adjustable fold is super handy for positioning head, the straps are quite comfy on back and it's so easy to put on/take off. Definitely worth the price and highly recommend!
