Great pillow for everyone, kids and adults. Lovely flat pillow, no pillow or flat pillows are best for alignment reasons. My 3yo insisted on a pillow because she saw me use one and now refuses to go to bed without. Please avoid high pillows, they literally force our bodies out of alignment.
